And we've come to see - the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe "fooled" criminal, violating all international legal norms and interpersonal conduct of Russia - aggression on Georgia / Abkhazia and Osetia /, aggression on Ukraine / Crimea and Donbas /, Russian aggression in Syria (thousands of victims! ), human rights violations in Russia / do you remember anyone even about Chechnya? /, or more "punctual" - shooting down a civilian, Dutch plane over Ukraine, attack of "Russian agents" in Great Britain, or even "our" Smolensk - as there it was exactly, we still do not know, but one fact is certain, 10 years have passed, and the wreck of the Polish plane is still rotting in Russia!
"Olało", restoring (suspension - only April 10, 2014 - Ukraine!), Russia suspended membership, with full voting right, not only in the Parliamentary Assembly, but also the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
As a reminder, the Council of Europe was established on May 5, 1949, by 10 European states (the London Treaty), its seat is Strasbourg, and currently it has 47 European countries (Poland since 1991), including Turkey and Russia.
