Hello.
At Orlen, premium diesel is already nearly 9.50, but that means nothing to the lemmings—a tenner doesn't faze us, Tusk is our soul, price doesn't matter, and PiS can go f*** itself!
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Tusk keeps playing the idiot—or even the "patriot"—talking again about the threat from Russia (and such a threat *does* exist—explosives on tracks, fires at various facilities, murders, missiles, drones, balloons—yet the Government does nothing!), proclaiming the existence of some "secret CIA report" that no one has actually seen (if it existed, President Nawrocki—recently singled out for praise by President Trump, sparking fury within the "December 13th Coalition"—would have been the first to receive it), while completely forgetting his own past words: "President Putin and I will ensure no one throws sand in the gears," or "we want cooperation with Russia, just as it is," as well as his consent (see Rachoń’s *Zgoda* [Consent] and *Reset*!) to cooperation between our services and the Russian FSB—the successor to the KGB.
Is he an idiot, or a professional liar?
It goes without saying that such boorish and unlawful actions by Tusk would not have been possible without the backing of the European Commission led by Ursula von der Leyen—that corrupt (Covid!), dried-up German woman who, having previously wrecked the Bundeswehr as Germany’s Defense Minister, was rewarded with the Commission presidency and is now consistently pushing to transform the EU into a "European state" under German leadership, which spells the death knell for countries like Poland!
She recently delivered a "major" speech (the annual State of the Union address!)—one everyone ought to read, though a few quotes suffice: "the state of our Union is stronger than ever," "we will always uphold our value and fundamental rights," "it is we, Europeans, who decide who comes to our Union," "Europe can, must, and will consistently strive to meet its climate goals," "we must ensure cooling for European cities," "the time has come for a European equivalent to NATO’s Article 4," and "SAFE funds will be used for joint projects between European and Ukrainian defense companies." These clearly confirm that this woman is either an idiot or a German agent—and most likely both!
A word to our American brethren and the Polish diaspora: President Donald Trump called President Karol Nawrocki "his friend" and stated outright that, thanks to "his bold leadership" regarding the establishment of an American base in Poland, "significant progress" has been made. This infuriated Tusk and his gang—led by the red "WC" Czarzasty! With his characteristic tact, President Trump did not explicitly pass judgment on the actions of Tusk’s gang in this matter, but it is blindingly obvious that he holds a firm opinion—one shared by Polish patriots—that this gang is undermining the foundations of the Polish-American alliance! Keep this in mind—not least during the so-called midterms—because the situation in the US is similar: a leftist gang is trying to destroy Trump; don't let it happen!
Let us return to Poland—while it still exists.
During the recent Sejm proceedings, during parliamentary speeches, at... A "journalist" from TVP—currently in the process of liquidation (is a liquidation lasting nearly three years, during which billions are pumped into the company, even legal?)—was conducting an interview with a Civic Platform MP, a certain Mr. Witczak, in the Sejm gallery. Miłosz Kłeczek, a journalist from *Republika*, approached them, and that’s when things kicked off: Marshal Bosak of Confederation admonished Kłeczek, and moments later, the *Republika* reporter was escorted out by the Marshal's Guard—yet isn't conducting interviews in the Sejm gallery while the Sejm is in session actually illegal?
Speaking of Bosak from Confederation—he just declared that the President should "swear in" candidate Berek; although he seemingly backtracked on this later in the evening, I had previously thought Bosak was the more sensible one in Confederation! The Sejm elected a new Deputy Marshal—but the position didn't go to the Law and Justice candidate; instead, it went to a candidate from the so-called "Development Plus" faction, whose leader, Mateusz Morawiecki, had recently said: "I am the godfather of Marcin Ociepa's candidacy; hang in there, Marcin, we’re voting for you!"
And he put forward the candidacy of "his own" Marcin—Horała. The Speaker of the Sejm seized the opportunity and ordered a single vote—the Sejm had to elect *some* Marcin! And it is untrue that "Rozwój Plus" had no choice—all they had to do was withdraw Horała’s candidacy. And the "Rozwój Plus" candidate was elected—voted for with savage satisfaction by the majority of the "December 13th Coalition"—while the largest opposition caucus still lacks its own Deputy Speaker.
And Chairman Kaczyński rightly noted: Mr. Morawiecki and his associates are closer to the "December 13th Coalition" today than they are to us!
This is an increasingly serious problem; initially, one might have viewed Morawiecki’s move as a sort of new, Tusk-style "Third Way"—provided there was sensible cooperation between these two "opposition groups"—but the current situation contradicts this (look beyond just the Deputy Speaker election), and such actions can only please "Tusk’s gang." Will "Rozwój Plus"—which is driving us toward a "Poland Minus"—finally come to its senses?
Meanwhile, the "game of tag" played by Tusk’s gang continues; the plan to forcibly take over the Constitutional Tribunal "Cudak-style" remains on the agenda. True, a demonstration by Polish patriots outside the Tribunal’s headquarters is also ongoing, but the question remains: will Tusk get scared?
An interesting detail: the candidate "Berek" claims to have worked as a legal counsel for some 17 years (10 are required), yet he has presented no documents, and there isn't even a trace of such employment in his tax returns—so where is he lying?
The truth is this: the Sejm elected Berek not as a Constitutional Tribunal judge, but merely as a *candidate* for the role—someone who only becomes a judge after taking the oath "before the President of the Republic of Poland" (meaning the oath is administered by the President), and certainly not before the Speaker of the Sejm or the Sejm’s columns!
Consequently, the four candidates backed by Tusk (Tusk: "We must have our own judges in the Tribunal by September!")—from whom the President did not accept an oath—are not Constitutional Tribunal judges; furthermore, their extra-legal charade of taking an "oath before the Speaker of the Sejm" completely disqualifies them! Additionally, two judges must be removed from the Tribunal: while the President did administer their oaths, they subsequently participated in the "Speaker’s Sejm theater" and are now refusing to adjudicate cases. The entire group of six either does not know the law (or fails to apply it!) and blatantly violates the dignity of the judicial office—conduct that spells the end for any judge, even at the level of a District Court!
After all, if the Sejm were to elect a candidate to the Tribunal who had just been sentenced to life imprisonment (arguing, "He’s one of ours, and the verdict isn't final yet!"), would the President really be obliged to accept that oath?
And the "display of Tusk-style boorishness" against the AWS university drags on; the bizarre Cudak keeps pretending to be the "Rector-Commandant" (PiS MP Kurowska—after a few days on a "tap-water diet," having her electricity brazenly cut off, and facing the repeated barring of emergency medical services and fellow PiS MPs, all of which constitutes a blatant violation of the law—fortunately resigned; bravo Ms. Maria, Tusk isn't worth it!), while hundreds of police officers protect this lawlessness of Tusk’s making—Poland, Europe, and the world are watching—and yet nothing happens!
By the way—how many rectors of Polish universities (and there are currently 345 of them!) have spoken up in defense of the unlawfully ousted AWS rector? I don't know of a single one—so how can we be surprised that the standard of Polish universities is currently scraping the bottom of the global barrel?
And therein lies the problem—perhaps this comparison goes too far, but still: when Nazi Germany invaded Poland on September 1, 1939, followed by Communist Russia on September 17, no one lifted a finger either!
To this day, Germany refuses to acknowledge any liability for compensation (war reparations!), and the Russians go even further, claiming they were merely defending the citizens of eastern Ukraine and Belarus!
Truly, our situation is difficult, to put it mildly—Poland is governed by charlatans, the EU pretends not to see anything, and the rest of the world simply doesn't give a damn because it has bigger worries—everyone is just looking out for themselves! President Donald Trump—though considered "controversial" by many—represents the USA, still a global power that, in the current climate, appears to be the sole guarantor of Poland’s independence and sovereignty.
Yet, President Trump’s term ends in two years; will his successor (J.D. Vance?)—who seems poised to effectively carry on Trump’s ideas—be able to win the next election? Time will tell!
The motto remains crystal clear, and the title echoes one of the rallying cries of Polish patriots defending the Constitutional Tribunal—will they pull it off?
Meanwhile, the President is setting off for the USA.
