At the recent Economic Forum in Krynica, Chairman Jarosław Kaczyński delivered an excellent speech regarding the necessity of reforming the European Union and the European Commission. Suffice it to quote an excerpt: "We want the EU to benefit ordinary citizens, not just the elites. Hence my call for a fundamental reform; this would give us an EU that is truly democratic and focused on improving citizens' living conditions—lowering energy prices, strengthening security, implementing a responsible migration policy, and pursuing an ambitious economic and agricultural agenda, all without unnecessary bureaucracy. We will do it. We will return the EU to its citizens. A great opportunity is emerging, and we will not abandon it because of Tusk’s lies. And if anyone desires a Europe without the Union, then let them continue to fuel this growing, chaotic crisis that is devastating the citizens of European nations." Nothing to add, nothing to subtract—as a mathematician acquaintance of mine used to say—though one might ask: isn't it already a bit too late? I have been writing about this for at least a decade; as proof, here is an excerpt from B.N. 25/22, just the first one I came across—I didn’t feel like looking any further: "Dear Poles, get a grip! The European German Union (the Fourth Reich!) spells ruin for Poland; a leftist-Russian Europe 'from Kamchatka to Portugal' (Lenin’s dream!) spells ruin for Poland; a European Caliphate (look at the Quran!) spells ruin for Poland! Three hideous threats—which, contrary to appearances, are not mutually exclusive (the order in which they unfold will be what matters!)—and Poland, all on its own?" And back then, Law and Justice (PiS) was still in power—did they not see this? As for the reaction of that German lackey who serves as the Polish Prime Minister—well, it’s not even worth writing about; the line "this man has never spoken a word of truth in his life" (from a well-known Polish film) fits him perfectly! Take, for instance, the posts by Foreign Minister Radek "the Traitor" Sikorski. First, he endorsed a post by his wife (did he even have a choice?) regarding the potential appointment of former Hungarian Prime Minister Orbán as UN Secretary-General—asking, "He destroyed his own country; perhaps they want him to destroy the UN, too?" Then, in the context of the Onet-related legal proceedings involving President Nawrocki, he wrote: "What is the correct term—*sutener*, *stręczyciel*, or *alfons* [all terms for a pimp]?" And this is coming from the head of the Polish Foreign Ministry! Simply an imbecile, a boor, and a traitor! Truly, poor Poland! A word to our American brethren and the Polish diaspora: Election Day is coming up on November 3rd (mail-in voting is already underway in many states), followed by the counting and verification of ballots. The new Congress will begin its term on January 3, 2027. You must elect 435 members of the House of Representatives and 33 senators (plus two more in Ohio and Florida!) to ensure that the Republicans—and, by extension, President Donald Trump—maintain a majority. Otherwise, the USA will fall!

On top of that, there are elections for governors, judges, prosecutors, mayors, and even school boards—but the two mentioned above are the most important! Because those left-wing nutjobs (the so-called Democrats!) are already dreaming of impeaching the President—a process that culminates in a Senate vote requiring a two-thirds majority! Surely you don’t want that, do you? By the way, elections have already taken place in Israel: Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party won (20.51 percent), followed by the "Yashar" party led by opposition leader Gadi Eisenkot (16.06 percent). In total, the governing coalition secured 53 seats, the opposition bloc 48, and Arab parties 19 seats in the 120-member Knesset. And now it begins—who will actually govern? Setting aside the "electoral differences," you cannot let something like that happen in the USA! Well then—get to work! And keep watching *Republika* and reading the *Bulletin*—the world needs to know what is happening in Poland! Let’s return to Poland—while it still exists! The "December 13th Coalition"—that is, the Tusk regime—is preparing new laws (previously targeting "hate speech" against citizens, now aimed at Polish companies!) designed to "shut the mouths" of anyone who even "thinks out loud" something negative about Tusk and his gang. We’re talking about fines of 20 million PLN and 12 years in prison for "sowers of anti-Tusk hatred"—all without any court involvement! The criminal Jaruzelski must be rolling in his grave with envy—even I didn’t come up with something like that! There is little point in writing about the scandals involving the Civic Platform (PO)—such as the pedophilia and bestiality cases in Kłodzko, the brazen theft from flood victims by PO-affiliated officials, the "Dupiarz’s jackpot" hospital scandal (where over 15,000 doctors raked in more than a million each—with one record-holder making nearly three million—while hospitals themselves are collapsing!), or the anti-Polish actions of this "mafia" in the economic sphere (sabotaging the Central Communication Port (CPK), the Oder River, Poland’s forests, nuclear power plant projects, and state finances—now indebted to the absolute limit). It simply doesn't register with the "lemmings" (blind followers); as long as PiS isn't in power, nothing else matters! Karol Nawrocki, clearly fed up, has filed a defamation lawsuit against *Onet*. The case centers on an article published shortly before the second round of the presidential election, in which *Onet* explicitly accused the candidate—who was backed by PiS—of facilitating the arrival of prostitutes for guests at an exclusive Grand Hotel on the coast, where he worked as a student at the time. A key witness, a certain Natasza Gordon—who was a minor back then (though in what capacity was she working there?)—testified in court. While she had previously told *Onet* that she "saw Karol getting into an elevator with a prostitute," her testimony in court was different: she stated she wasn't actually certain the woman was a prostitute. She claimed she only assumed so after a conversation with Karol, who allegedly suggested that one could make money this way—a proposal she says she firmly rejected. But it is worth noting that this same woman was involved in some rather peculiar activities at the so-called "Bay of Art" (*Zatoka Sztuki*) in Sopot... ...an oasis of Pomeranian depravity and the rape of teenage girls (a matter that remains unresolved to this day!), her supposed sanctity—much like that of the infamous Joanna from Kraków, a Tusk associate—must surely invite serious skepticism. She cannot recall what she said just recently, yet she remembers, in vivid detail, an encounter from 20 years ago with one of her many students. One can only hope that the President—who has been falsely accused—will take this little German-linked web portal to the cleaners (there is a criminal case pending, after all!).

And Onet continues to lie, claiming that the hearing was made public at their request—when, in fact, it was the President who wanted this sordid affair to be open to the public from the very beginning! Meanwhile, Tusk’s and Żurek’s gang continues to delight their "strong together" (*silni razem*) followers and the masses of brainwashed "lemmings"—shamelessly attacking *Republika* [TV] and its journalists, as well as the lawyers defending the "defenders of the Tribunal" in the "town" [encampment] there. It has been half a year since the attacks in May, and we still know nothing—could it be that Tusk’s security services were behind it all along? And today—around 5:00 PM—this was confirmed: hundreds of Tusk’s riot police and plainclothes officers (approaching from the rear, via the Chancellery of the Prime Minister—dozens of police vans in the streets!) stormed the Constitutional Tribunal, seized the premises, removed documents, and chained the gates shut. The Tribunal’s own security detail was neutralized and escorted out. When asked by *Republika* journalist Mr. Olechowski who was in command of the operation and what the legal basis for these actions was, the masked, heavily armed riot police (brought in from all over Poland) offered no answer. The "commander" simply had the audacity to say: "Please contact the spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police Headquarters!" This is the true end of democracy in Poland—a *coup d’état*. Are the Polish people truly powerless? Chairman Kaczyński and several Law and Justice (PiS) MPs arrived at the scene of this criminal operation—bravo to them! Staff of the Constitutional Tribunal and the legitimate judges are being denied entry! We hear that the plane carrying the President of the Republic of Poland has turned back from its journey to Senegal; it is scheduled to land in Poland at 9:30 PM! The President has cut his trip short—at a moment like this, the President must be in Poland! In the past, while the President was away, the police entered the Presidential Palace and unlawfully rounded up Law and Justice (PiS) members of parliament; now, while the President is on an official visit abroad, Tusk’s thugs have launched an assault on the Polish Constitutional Tribunal! And now—to borrow Tusk’s own words—all it will take is a few "strong men" to escort the head of the National Bank of Poland out, and everything will be just fine! As for Chairman Kaczyński—I don’t mean to take the President’s place or tell him what to do, but the President is the head of the executive branch! We have often been accused of not doing enough—there are disruptions—the number of "ordinary people" taking to the streets is growing—we will not surrender the Constitutional Tribunal! Down with the Communists! Sweep away this red rabble with a sickle and a hammer! Meanwhile, Tusk’s "militia" continues to single out and remove protesting patriots! Borowski—a veteran of the Solidarity opposition—calls out: "Young people, everyone—get off your couches and defend Poland!" The video feed is still up, but the audio is being disrupted and fading out—are they going to shut down [TV] Republika? And Żurek says: "We are restoring the rule of law." I have filed numerous motions to strip the "Tribunal judges" of their immunity. The institution is now being run by the "senior-most judge"—one of those who took their oaths before the Speaker of the Sejm (WC) and the Sejm’s columns, and who supposedly "de-legalized" the head of the Constitutional Tribunal—it’s simply unlawful! According to Onet, Bogdan Święczkowski has been suspended from his official duties—as stated in an announcement posted on the Constitutional Tribunal’s website—and Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, as the longest-serving judge, will take over the leadership of the Tribunal. "We are restoring the proper functioning of the Constitutional Tribunal," Constitutional Tribunal Judge Sławomir Patyra told Onet. Well, exactly—and yet, all those judges who did not take their oaths before the President are illegitimate! And Tusk’s "ZOMO-men" [a reference to the communist-era riot police] are still blocking the Constitutional Tribunal by setting up barricades! And that popular saying—"You were in ZOMO, you were in ORMO [communist-era auxiliary police], and now you’re with the Platform [Civic Platform]"—is as relevant as ever! Constitutional Tribunal head Święczkowski and former president Przyłębska appeared; Solidarity leader Duda offered his support; Prime Minister Morawiecki (a traitor from the "Development Plus" camp!) showed up, introduced by Kaczyński—"unity is unity, sit down"—and PiS MP Macierewicz also appeared, declaring: "Tusk is not a prime minister; he is a criminal. We elected the President to defend Poland. We appeal to the police officers: do not be traitors!" Donald Tusk wrote on X: "Restoring the rule of law, after years of lawlessness under PiS, is our duty!"

Constitutional Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski is negotiating with the police to gain entry to the Tribunal! Tusk’s "militia" is playing dumb and refusing to let the President in! "This is an incredible scandal," says the head of the Tribunal. "You are breaking the law—this is a crime against Poland!" Word has it that even Mentzen is heading to the Tribunal! And what does the so-called police have to say? "Officers from the Metropolitan Police Headquarters are carrying out statutory duties on the premises of the Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw. These actions are being taken in response to information provided by a judge of the Constitutional Tribunal [my note: presumably Judge Korwin-Piotrowska!], indicating a potential threat to the lives or health of the Tribunal’s judges and staff, as well as a risk of public disorder"—Metropolitan Police Headquarters! And the notification was sent by a "Constitutional Tribunal judge." This goes beyond a bad joke! The forceful storming of the Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw has sent shockwaves across the Atlantic. American conservative pundits and commentators have no doubts: what is happening in Poland under Donald Tusk’s government is an overt coup d’état and a brutal trampling of democratic norms, dictated by the Brussels agenda. A "coup." One can only hope that this is not the end of it! And where does the title come from? This excellent Hungarian novel for children and young adults was published in 1907; it follows the lives of Hungarian boys in Budapest in 1889. The first Polish translation appeared in 1913—rendered from the German—and it was the Polish translator, Janina Mortkowiczowa, who "invented" the title *The Boys of the Arms Square* (*Chłopcy z Placu Broni*), whereas the original title is actually *The Boys of Paul Street* (*Chłopcy z ulicy Pawła*)! In fact, there is no mention of an "arms square" anywhere in the novel. Though, many "Polish politicians" act in such a way that the characters from *The Boys of Paul Street* would surely consider them idiots and traitors! And so it goes—we continue to live in a world of fiction (there was even a great band that took this name!), where striking, catchy ideas go down in history, triumphing over the somewhat more mundane truth—take the "Tusk effect," for instance! Self-proclaimed defenders of "Polishness" are singing the Polish national anthem!

My apologies (this text is already too long!), but for personal reasons, I must stop here! But surely Poland won’t collapse because of this, will it?

Greetings. The title is a slight paraphrase of one of the most famous quotes from William Shakespeare’s *Hamlet*—spoken by the guard officer Marcellus upon seeing the ghost of the King of Denmark—which is generally understood as an omen of impending misfortune. Yet, when one looks at what is currently happening in Poland, the quote seems far too mild! While no one has seen the ghost of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland just yet, the actions taken by the Tusk administration can be described by one word—and I mean this literally, without any quotation marks—as "governmental whoredom." And misfortune is indeed on its way! I have just watched, on the *Republika* channel, a brutal raid by the so-called "Polish police" on the public office of Adam Borowski. They smashed the doors, shattered the windows, and two officers tackled one of his staff members—a former soldier and volunteer firefighter—to the ground. They pinned him down, crushing and suffocating him for about fifteen minutes. A female officer present at the scene screamed as if she were on drugs—shouting, "Get down, you fucking man!" and "Get away, woman!"—while chasing off the female employees, who were crying out, "Don't suffocate him! Help!" Finally, they dragged him away in handcuffs—reportedly for "insulting a police officer"—specifically, the very same "police bitch" who had been screaming her head off during the so-called "arrest." And the victim’s legal representative later remarked—this was an attempted murder! Apparently, even while in the hospital—and throughout his transport—he remained unconscious, yet he was kept in handcuffs! A little earlier, from a crowd of Poles protesting in front of the Constitutional Tribunal, the so-called "Polish police" dragged out an elderly man. Two young men in uniform hauled him for several dozen meters with his arms twisted up toward the back of his neck (which, given the potential for joint issues, could be catastrophic!), before tossing him into a police van—an act that some piece-of-scum officer in uniform shielded from view with an umbrella! In response, the "Polish police" issued a statement claiming that a policewoman had been attacked, and that the assailant—the very man who was being pinned down—was carrying a knife (a pocketknife, which he had no intention of using!). Do you see this, you poor, gullible sheep? And Minister "Echo" Kierwiński, following this horror, writes: "Republika is vulgarly insulting police officers; we will not let this boorishness go unanswered!" He then adds: "We are filing a legal complaint with the prosecutor’s office against TV Republika!" By the way—Republika is still broadcasting; how much longer will that last? And furthermore—enough is enough! There can be no tolerance for such "schoolboy" antics (which resulted in numerous injuries and a homicide!), whether online or elsewhere. This "Echo"—following Tusk’s lead—recognizes no boundaries of decency whatsoever! After all, the "Polish police" supposedly detained around 180 individuals carrying knives—amidst thousands of separate incidents—yet we still know nothing. Was there some sort of coordinated campaign online, or not? Back in my school days, in every group—whether it was a class, a circle of friends, or the kids in the neighborhood—you’d always find some twisted fool who would goad you at every turn: "You won't do it—are you scared?" Fortunately, we used to crush such morons—told them to get the hell lost! But these idiots are still around—they were in the ZOMO, they were in the ORMO, and now they’re all for the "Platform" [Civic Platform]! And don't even get me started on "professors" like Zoll or Safian—how much are these legal scumbags being paid to churn out whatever statement is required of them? And then there’s Chairman Kaczyński—the man who orchestrated all of this—still a fixture at the anniversaries of the Smolensk tragedy! Meanwhile, some prosecutor—a real piece of work named Piaseczny—staged a raid on the Constitutional Tribunal under the protection of the "Polish police," demanding documents and surveillance footage. The pretext? Apparently, Chairman Święczkowski assaulted a certain Berek—a man who has completely lost his mind, having taken his oath of office before the President in the office of the "Field Marshal" [a derogatory reference to the Speaker of the Sejm]. By doing so, he—much like his predecessors—effectively barred his own path to the Constitutional Tribunal. A judge who takes an oath before the Speaker of the Sejm—or, for that matter, before the columns of the Sejm building—either doesn't know the law or is an utter idiot. In either case, he is completely disqualified from serving as a judge—and not just as a judge of the Constitutional Tribunal! Following my previous bulletin, some self-styled "defenders of democracy" mocked the recurring call—"It’s time to wake up, dear Poles!"—accusing me of wanting to "let others do the work." Yet, I have already done my part: first in 1980, and then—surprisingly—again in 2000, by founding *Solidarność* (Solidarity) branches at two large workplaces in Poznań. Furthermore, I experienced the truncheons of the ZOMO (riot police) on my own back as early as 1968, in Poznań’s Old Market Square. Now, it is time for the younger generation to step up! It was your fathers and grandfathers (and mothers and grandmothers!)—the very people you now hold in such contempt—who fought to secure all of this for you. Yet today, you admire the likes of "Marshal WC"—that "red pervert"—and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland—that "German lackey"—who seek to drag you back into a "PRL-bis" (a second edition of the Polish People's Republic), stripping away your freedom online and reinstating the old censorship office on Mysia Street! A word to my American brethren and the Polish diaspora: ignore the anti-Trump, leftist propaganda. Get off your asses and use your brains! The Republicans *must* win the midterms—otherwise, the USA will suffocate. If the so-called Democrats win, you’re—to put it bluntly—completely screwed! This coalition was built on Tusk’s lies (100 promises for the first 100 days!—of which he fulfilled only one: restoring the undeserved, high pensions of former communist-era security agents—pensions that PiS hadn't even fully abolished, but merely capped at the national average, a level unattainable for many *Solidarity* fighters!). It was propped up by the deceptive "Third Way" (TVN journalist Hołownia and ZSL leader, the physician Kosiniak-Kamysz!) and the so-called "New Left"—the ideological heirs of the PZPR (Miller, Siwiec, Kwaśniewski, Czarzasty), for whom a Tusk victory is the only path to survival! But even the most simple-minded "lemming" must realize that the continued rule of Tusk’s gang spells the end for Poland. We would be reduced to a lowly German *Land* (state), entirely subordinate to a European, German-led "Fourth Reich"—and, on top of that, flooded by so-called "refugees," who are in reality Muslim invaders. For them, the establishment of a "European Caliphate" is the ultimate goal; the specific style or methods used (which they have been employing for three generations!) are merely secondary. Incidentally, in recent years, thousands of mosques have sprung up across so-called "Western Europe"—some, in Germany, are truly massive (and apparently, a few have already appeared in Poland, too!). The question is simple: how many Catholic—or even just Christian—churches have been built in places like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or Iran? That’s a "rhetorical question" – the answer is: none! On a brighter note – we have an all-Polish semifinal at the 1000-level tournament in Wuhan, China! Iga will face Maja, which means a Polish player is guaranteed a spot in the final! Iga will likely win, but it’s still anyone’s game – bravo to our Polish women! Today also marks another anniversary (October 16, 1978) of the election of the Polish cardinal Karol Wojtyła, Metropolitan of Krakow, to the Throne of St. Peter in the Vatican—the first non-Italian to hold the position in nearly half a century. John Paul II became a Polish icon for the entire world, and his contribution to the downfall of communism—not just in Poland—was immense! I saw him both in the Vatican and in Poznań. And when one recalls the vicious attacks launched against him by the Polish radical left—outlets like *Gazeta Wyborcza* and TVN, which many so-called "Poles" still regard as authorities—it’s truly chilling. One has to wonder: where do so many anti-Polish sentiments and so much malice come from in Poland?

Today also marks another anniversary (October 16, 1978) of the election of the Polish cardinal Karol Wojtyła, Metropolitan of Kraków, to the Throne of St. Peter in the Vatican—the first non-Italian to hold the position in nearly half a century. John Paul II became a Polish icon for the entire world, and his contribution to the downfall of communism—not just in Poland—was immense! I saw him both in the Vatican and in Poznań. When I recall the vicious attacks launched against him by the Polish hard-left (outlets like *Gazeta Wyborcza* and TVN—which, for many so-called Poles, still serve as authorities), it’s truly frightening—where do so many anti-Poles and so much malice come from in Poland? But beyond the ZOMO-style assault by Tusk’s gangs on the Constitutional Tribunal, there is another issue: —the fate of the National Bank of Poland (NBP) and its governor! The President of the Republic of Poland has once again submitted a request to the Prime Minister to appoint four candidates to the NBP’s Management Board—the Prime Minister simply ignored the previous request! If he ignores it again, the NBP (and Poland as a whole—risking the loss of the zloty, adoption of the euro, and the transfer of 750 tons of gold to Germany!) will face a serious problem. After all, that "ginger traitor" even hinted during the election campaign that "a few strong people" would come in...

It is as clear as day: for Tusk, "Polishness" remains "abnormal" (back when the first Polish government, led by Jan Olszewski, was being toppled, he remarked, "Gentlemen, let’s count the votes," and he built his first party, the KLD, using German marks delivered in plastic shopping bags). For years, he "kissed Merkel’s ass," and in his dealings with Scholz or Merz, he continues to act like a doormat—yet the Polish people still tolerate such a deceitful anti-Polish figure in the office of the Polish Prime Minister! And Tusk’s moronic tales—like his claim that he is playing chess while the other guy (meaning the President of the Republic of Poland!) walks in with a baseball bat—are nothing but fairy tales for idiots! To finish off Tusk’s "lemmings" once and for all, let’s look at the fable of the "assassination attempt on Tusk"—we can skip the likes of Kosiniak-Kamysz (even a "lemming" wouldn’t believe that!). Apparently, this "brave" pensioner notified the authorities himself about his own nefarious intentions; a local doctor (a psychiatrist, perhaps?) cleared him for transport to an interrogation; and the threat to the Prime Minister was supposedly immense—could this be some sort of "PiS-affiliated Cyba" (I wonder where he is now?)? And a word to the so-called opposition (excluding Law and Justice—kudos to their leader, who has once again proven his mettle!): the various factions of the Confederation (Mentzen, Bosak, Braun) have shown, yet again, that they aren't worth a damn—they couldn't care less about Poland! After all, they still insist that "PiS and PO are one and the same evil"—are they even in their right minds? And a word about the so-called Venice Commission, where the "Polish" representative is an anti-Polish professor... Sadurski, generally known for trashing Poland and PiS—these guys have absolutely no right to impose any "legalistic idiocies" on Poland! And then there’s the so-called "Warsaw"—represented by Tusk’s lackey, "Dupiarz" [a derogatory play on his name] Trzaskowski—who keeps trying to stop the actions of the "defenders of the Constitutional Tribunal" (remember the Independence March?) and label them illegal. Can you imagine, dear Poles, what would be happening today if "Dupiarz" were the President of the Republic of Poland? One could go on about the "Civic Platform scandals," but what’s the point? After all, for the "lemmings" [blind followers], things like the abuse of children and dogs in Kłodzko, the robbing of flood victims in that same area (where these so-called "Poles" still vote for the Platform!), the millionaire-fraudster doctor, the VIP room for Platform bigwigs, the trafficking of corpses at a Warsaw hospital under "Dupiarz’s" watch, a minister involved with drugs and assaulting women, the total collapse of the healthcare system and public finances—not to mention fuel prices—are all just the "norm." That’s just how things have to be, because, naturally, it’s all PiS’s fault! Let’s recall: several "PiS-affiliated" managers from the era of CEO Obajtek (and now he’s supposedly implicated too!) ended up behind bars—all because of fuel prices during his tenure (which were over 6 PLN—and remember those morons who claimed they wouldn't refuel at Orlen because it was "too expensive"?). Or consider Tusk, who, while in the opposition, declared: "I know what I’m talking about—I was Prime Minister; fuel could be 5 PLN right now!" Honestly, one could write on and on about all of this—but what would be the point? After all, for 35 percent of so-called Poles, supporting the so-called "Platform"—still jokingly referred to as "Civic"—remains a cornerstone. But a cornerstone of what, exactly? Consider the scene at a Warsaw hospital, where an assaulted employee from Adam Borowski’s office was taken. Five police officers are on the scene, yet Member of Parliament Jakubiak is told he must leave! Meanwhile, the victim’s legal representative was denied access to him—even though the victim reportedly left the hospital, yet the police continue to drive him around the city? Then there is the intervention by Law and Justice (PiS) MPs at the Warsaw hospital—where the victim was allegedly taken—only for the police spokesperson to block the MPs from entering. Now, it seems the individual is being held at the police station on Wilcza Street. This is the absolute, vile depravity that has plagued Poland for half a century! What are we left with? This marks the third year of rule by the "December 13th coalition," which—under Donald Tusk’s leadership—is consistently destroying Poland on every front: from the leftist erosion of education and the dismantling of the healthcare system to the violation of constitutional rights, the unlawful destruction of the opposition, and the complete collapse of public finances.

Yet, some 30 percent of Polish voters still support the rule of this German-aligned anti-Pole!

Admittedly, one could try to explain this by citing the 123 years of partitions, two world wars, the German wartime occupation and nearly half a century of Soviet occupation, the Round Table (where the "Red gang" cut a deal with the so-called opposition to secure their own interests), or decades of so-called independence under the aegis of the rag *Gazeta Wyborcza* and the hostile TVN... but how long can this go on?

It is time to wake up, dear Poles!

The brazen and unlawful attacks on public broadcasting, the prosecutor's office, the courts, the National Council of the Judiciary (KRS), the opposition—and recently the AWS university, the Constitutional Tribunal, the NBP Governor, and the President—alongside major Civic Platform (PO) scandals (pedophilia and bestiality in Kłodzko; the millionaire doctor from the "Ass-man's" Southern Hospital; millions from the EU Recovery Fund spent on yachts and perversions; the brazen theft from Silesian flood victims by Tusk’s appointees; the Oder River crisis; the Świnoujście terminal; Polish oil in the Baltic; and a hundred others!) clearly demonstrate that for... Tusk knows no bounds anymore—he is like a rat backed into a corner; he realizes—even as he keeps trying to bite—that this is the end for him!

The whole thing is gold-plated, the cost of this leftist idiocy is unknown, and the title is "The Orange Plague"! Do we need a better... ...proof that the leftists running the EU have gone completely moronic? "I love the Polish people; their president is a great friend of mine," President Trump said once again.

Let’s return to Poland while it still exists!

The so-called "bloody school Friday" has just passed, and fortunately, there were no further attacks by juvenile murderers—no one died today! It might come as a surprise that the Polish police rose to the occasion, thwarting some 180 incidents and detaining nearly 60 people (across all of Poland!) suspected of intending to murder or carry out knife attacks on school communities—whereas previously, they had only detained a pensioner (who, incidentally, died in the meantime) for attacking "Juras"—the guru of the Third Polish Republic—with the words "die, man" ("I felt mortally threatened," claimed that deceitful piece of *milicja* scum in public)—yet somehow, they aren't reacting lately to the brazen law-breaking by Tusk’s gang? It’s time to wake up, dear Poles!

Rumors about strange online activities targeting schoolchildren have been circulating for years—there was the murder of a girl by another girl, and a boy hacking another girl with an axe (and a few years back, the knife attacks by Bodnar’s son!), yet the "Polish services" did nothing—it was as if nothing happened! There were brazen attacks on *Republika* by "unknown perpetrators" (the death of a child, a terrorist in the bathroom, an assistant in handcuffs), and again—nothing; no explanations whatsoever! This actually tends to confirm a view long expressed here: it was an operation by Tusk’s security services!

It is clear that this must have been a widespread online campaign—look at recent events in France, where youths incited via the internet—mostly from several generations of immigrant backgrounds—took to the streets, burning everything and beating their teachers along the way; here, they went all out right from the start, beginning with murders!

And yet our police (though kudos to them for finally getting off their backsides!) and their overseer—the so-called "Kierwa," alias "Pogłos"—claim there is no indication that such an event (a so-called "challenge") has actually taken place!

And he rudely attacks Republika for reporting false information about a "list of schools" supposedly targeted for attack—even though Republika relied on information from Warsaw local authorities (45 schools were closed there!) that had been previously reported by "hostile media" (Onet and the like!)—honestly, that boozed-up Tusk-loving scumbag has no shame!

And if you add Tusk’s ramblings to the mix—"I wish it would sink in for those who blocked this bill: if that young knifeman were broadcasting his crime online today, we wouldn't be able to block it in the name of a misguided notion of free speech"—it becomes clear that Tusk (apparently "tusk" means "mongrel" in Kashubian!) is lying through his teeth!

That bill of theirs regarding truth and online violence is just another scam—the whole point is to let any leftist freely delete any online post they deem "hate speech"; even a simple post like "The ETS is a fraud" could be deleted and serve as grounds to punish the author!

And another lie from Tusk—state authorities could easily block such a broadcast under current regulations! And this is yet another instance of Tusk (remember Smolensk!) exploiting human tragedy—how much longer?

The matter is as plain as day—the leftist Nowacka striving to raise young Poles as "European idiots," the constant attacks on the family and on childbearing and child-rearing (Tusk—he’s nothing but trouble!), The promotion by "hostile media" of Juras from the Orchestra’s signature slogan "do whatever the hell you want"; the absolute lack of an appropriate reaction from the so-called mainstream to the slogan "fuck PiS" or Lampert’s "fuck off"; actor Seweryn telling his grandson, "you have to really fuck over those scumbags, the PiS supporters"; actress Janda’s fake weeping under PiS rule, claiming "I feel like someone is shitting on me"; the support for MP Zembaczyński ("'fuck PiS' is my fundamental principle; I have '8 stars' on all my cars"); the promotion of the anti-Polish film by the "Polish" director Holland; and the constant toleration of the Platform’s anti-Polish agitators at the Smoleńsk monthly commemorations ("Jarek, we’re going to fucking kill you!")—all this is blatant proof of the anti-Polish activities of Tusk’s "December 13th gang"!

And if one adds to this Tusk’s antics regarding fuel prices—the act the President finally signed (after Tusk’s boorish attacks!) took effect on November 1st, yet the very next day Tusk lowered prices (based on a regulation he could have issued much earlier!), though even that price cut is questionable—prices are set to go up!

And a word about the meeting (in early March of this year!) between Defense Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz and President Trump at a ceremony honoring the heroic deed of an American soldier—a meeting reportedly facilitated by PiS MEP Bielan in cooperation with the Polish President’s Chancellery—to help the government realize the "Fort Trump" concept, i.e., a permanent US military presence in Poland. Present at the meeting were President Trump, Defense Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz, Minister Rachoń from the President’s Chancellery, and an unnamed official from President Trump’s cabinet. Polish Foreign Minister Radek-Zdradek Sikorski is screaming that Bielan failed to produce a "memo" (even though he wasn't there!), yet surely—such a memo should have been drafted by the actual participant, Kosiniak-Kamysz!

Apparently, he conveyed the details orally to Prime Minister Tusk, who is now thundering that the conversation wasn't about American troops at all, but rather about Poland's internal affairs!

This gave rise to speculation (courtesy of *GW*—that rag!) that President Trump was urging Kosiniak-Kamysz to change Poland's governing coalition! Nikodem Rachoń, who was present, stated clearly—there was no such talk! Likewise, the head of the Polish Ministry of National Defence made no such statement!

So, what interest does Prime Minister Tusk have in spouting such idiocies? Simply a desire to destroy Poland—one imbibed with his mother's milk and fostered for years by German intelligence services (the notion that "Polishness is an abnormality")! And so far, he’s doing a bang-up job of it!

It’s time to wake up, dear Poles!

Netflix has just treated us to a somewhat ghastly version of Prus’s *The Doll* (and there’s already another one in cinemas—I don’t know if I’ll go, as the list of KOD-supporting actors in the cast is enough to make anyone feel sick!), while Dąbrowska’s *Nights and Days* is already on the horizon. Meanwhile, one can follow a solid adaptation of *East of Eden*—the Nobel Prize-winning novel by John Steinbeck. I read it ages ago but, surprisingly, I still remember bits of it—hence the title. It might be a bit of a stretch, but somehow it reminded me of the fates of two great Polish families in modern-day Poland: the Tusk-esque Civic Platform (PO) crowd and the Kaczyński-esque Law and Justice (PiS) crowd!

On Wednesday, I filled up on diesel at 9.36, and then—what a surprise—President Nawrocki signed Tusk’s bill regarding the "windfall profits of fuel corporations" (even though he had previously vetoed it!). This sparked mixed feelings within Law and Justice, joy and criticism from the Confederation camp, and an outpouring of boorishness (is anyone surprised?) from politicians of the "December 13th Coalition"—even though, really, they ought to be happy, shouldn't they?

Prime Minister Tusk himself celebrated the victory (he’s supposed to be a historian, isn’t he—yet he’s never heard of Pyrrhus?) by strolling in front of the Belweder Palace with a cup of coffee and shouting—there was no need for such grandstanding (was he thinking of Giertych?)—after all, the President works at the Presidential Palace on Krakowskie Przedmieście!

One might laugh at all this, but the matter is serious; strategic thinking should prevail over tactical maneuvering. Karol may have effectively put Donald in his place by forcing his hand, but as the ancient Poles used to say, every stick has two ends! Because the issue is plain as day: Prime Minister Tusk could have easily lowered fuel prices without any legislation—without even applying the law "as he understands it." The whole "bill" stunt was an obvious, boorish attack on the President—and now one gets the impression that the President caved to that boorishness, regardless of his explanations. After all, back in my primary school days, the saying went: "He who explains himself, accuses himself"!

I’m watching TV Republika right now and wondering—is there anyone there who actually *thinks*, for crying out loud? There’s Błaszczak—petrol was supposed to cost 5.19 but doesn't; the well-being of Poles is what matters most; the President did the right thing; we’ll move to dismiss Domański; and the polls are rigged!

God have mercy!

Tusk’s legislation is unequivocally unconstitutional and violates Roman law principles—laws cannot be retroactive (a rule even Polish communists tried to observe). Furthermore, there is a real risk that the major monopolies targeted by this move—possessing virtually unlimited resources and legions of ruthless lawyers—will challenge it not only in Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal and Supreme Court but also at the European Court of Justice (CJEU) and win. If that happens, the seized funds will have to be repaid with interest—a burden that will fall not so much on the "December 13th coalition" as on the new right-wing government that might emerge after the next elections!

It *might* emerge, but is it guaranteed?

Unfortunately, looking at the current actions of the so-called right-wing camp (Law and Justice, Rozwój Plus, and the various Confederation factions), there is no sign of this happening. Admittedly, this "right-wing side" ought to be supported by other movements—Solidarity, the *Gazeta Polska* Clubs, the Border Defense Movement, and several smaller groups—yet there is no cooperation in sight. Meanwhile, Confederation persists with its idiotic slogan—"PiS and PO are the same evil"—confirming an opinion expressed here long ago: they are merely boys in short pants who have not matured enough for power; after all, it is easier to stay in the opposition and shout loudly than to actually govern!

A word to our American brethren and the Polish diaspora: I do not have time for grand appeals right now, but the message remains the same—defend and support President Donald Trump, and win the midterms; that is the fundamental priority! Just between us—keep it quiet, or the leftists might hear—there are thousands of visits from the US and around the world; keep up the good work, and maybe even aim for more? I don’t know if President Trump can do anything about this, but the situation with Christa Pike is incredible. Not only has she been awaiting execution (in Tennessee) since 1995—she was just 18 at the time!—but she actually survived the lethal injection administered to her. It seems that the only possible decision now is to let her go home and perhaps award her compensation for the harm to her health caused by the Governor's office.

By the way—is waiting on death row for nearly half a century for a sentence supposed to be the foundation of American democracy?

And a word to the American—and other—defenders of the Iranian regime: the popular singer Parastu Ahmadi has just been sentenced to 75 lashes (administered with a leather strap by a man!) for a performance (wearing a simple black sleeveless dress with no head covering)—meaning without the hijab mandatory in Iran, or for publishing "obscene and indecent material," or for "offending public morality." She also received a travel ban and a ban on performing—as did her entire band! This is not an unusual sentence there; in fact, it is considered lenient—reportedly, thousands of men and women have been sentenced to death for actions against the regime. What do the "human rights defenders" have to say about that?

Let’s return to Poland—while it still exists!

"There once were three little pigs, three little pigs, three little pigs; sport, music, and games—three little pigs, that’s us," sang Kazik Staszewski—a local observer—recently.

And once again, in Tusk’s Poland, we have a leak of patient data (meaning *our* data!) from medical databases—totaling over 20 million records, it seems (though, in truth, nobody knows anything for sure!). Meanwhile, Minister Gawkowski (the one who sang *The Internationale* wearing a red tie!) keeps playing the fool—or is he? "It’s no big deal; the data hasn't surfaced anywhere!" I wonder if there is any truth to the claims by conspiracy theorists that the aim is to rig the upcoming elections?

TVP—currently in liquidation (how is it legally possible to keep pumping billions into a company undergoing liquidation for nearly three years?)—saw a broadcast by Ms. Wysocka-Schnepf (who, per a court ruling, cannot be called a "high priestess of propaganda") in which she brazenly and crudely attacked the President of Poland. He had filed a lawsuit against Onet over its thuggish attacks (calling him a "whore," "pimp," "procurer," and "bouncer"). She argued—to the applause of participants like Onet boss Węglarczyk, *Gazeta Wyborcza* journalist Czuchnowski, and sociologist Krzemiński (the crème de la crème of the Third Republic’s scum)—that the President could have simply used election law procedures to settle the matter. Well, my dear "journalist" (with the "Augustów Roundup" in the background!), he couldn't do that—because a "heated" [partisan] court would have dismissed the case, which would then have been hailed as his defeat!

When asked about the costs of the government's "der-SAFE" loan, Polish Deputy Minister of National Defence Sobkowiak-Czarnecka blithely replied: "I was busy; I didn't check!" Yet we will be paying it off for three generations—because, after all, is Tusk—that German lackey—supposed to worry about us?

By the way—former German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder has just joined the supervisory board of the Russian company Globus (he went to work for Putin immediately after leaving the chancellorship!), which seems to clearly define German-Russian relations—does anyone have any doubts?

High-level politics is one thing, but meanwhile, the head of the Ministry of Education—that "leftist minister" Nowacka—is quietly at work: she has cut back on religion classes, introduced leftist health education, appointed a "student rights ombudsman" without the President's consent (some leftist pervert?), and has now introduced a "planetary diet" in school, kindergarten, and nursery cafeterias—resulting in children being withdrawn from meal plans en masse and hundreds of tons of wasted food!

But in today's Poland (where masses of lemmings still live by the slogan "Fuck PiS—it's great that PiS isn't in power!"), one cannot count on the kind of protests seen in France!

After all, the people protesting there (burning shops, cars, and schools; fighting the police; street brawls) are mainly students of color—first, second, and third-generation descendants of so-called "refugees" for whom France is still not truly their "primary homeland"—backed by the local unhinged leftists; do they still refuse to believe that *they* will be the first victims of the introduction of Sharia law?

I have no intention of urging Polish students to engage in such behavior, but—how long can one keep eating plant-based cutlets, not to mention the looming prospect of eating bugs?

One could go on and on writing about all the "shitty antics" of the "December 13th Coalition" (though who would actually read it?

Apparently, most people these days can't handle more than three sentences!), so I’ll start wrapping things up—especially since our national football team has another match coming up soon; maybe, just maybe, they’ll manage to win?

As for the title (since the motto seems clear enough?), those two "Polish families" really need to make a decision at last—this mutual boorishness (with the "Tuskoids" currently having the upper hand!) can't go on forever; it’s simply a shame for Poland!

On Saturday, we watched the latest episodic screen adaptation of *The Doll* (*Lalka*) by Bolesław Prus on Netflix—a brilliant novel that, for many Poles, is—let us not shy away from the rather hackneyed term—a truly cult classic! But wait—is this actually a "film adaptation" of *The Doll*? The screenwriter and director—despite the fact that *The Doll* is packed with numerous, superb plot threads—added a few of his own out of nowhere. We see Łęcka—an aristocrat and suffragette à la Eliza Orzeszkowa (!)—wandering through dives and shooting up; a somewhat dim-witted Wokulski who spouts profanities; and Count Łęcki as a chronic alcoholic. These are just a few examples! Terms like pastiche, parody, or caricature fail to fully capture what director Maślona has perpetrated here; it seems to be simply a leftist, feminist, and "modern" (though Izabela didn't end up being a Black woman!) adaptation of Prus's masterpiece. After all, in that milieu, it is simply not done to film a "normal" version of *The Doll*—one free of idiotic, self-indulgent ideas meant to enrich and ennoble the "auteur"!

Still, it is only a movie, after all; far more dangerous is the horror—not cinematic, but all too real—that Prime Minister Donald Tusk is inflicting upon Poland!

That fellow told the truth for the first time in his life when, at the start of his term, he declared bluntly: "We will apply the law as *we* understand it!"

One might interject here a literary quote for Law and Justice’s scrapbook—"You had a golden horn, you boor, yet only the rope remains for you" (what the Straw Man said to Jasiek in the finale of *The Wedding*)—but there is no use crying; you have a new chance now—the upcoming elections, whenever they may be.

However, this is really a message for Morawiecki and his "Development Plus" scheme: if you don't come to your senses, Poland is going to be—pardon the expression—fucked!

Meanwhile, Tusk’s horde stubbornly doubles down, holding the law in contempt and banking on the hope that the majority of Poles will once again let themselves be deceived and re-elect his criminal outfit (the "December 13th Coalition"!)—a group for whom the good of Poland is an alien concept, and for whom EU directives (still backing the anti-Polish Tusk!) and a "reset" with Russia agreed upon with Germany represent the ultimate dream! This is confirmed by both the massive, unlawful attack on the AWS and the planned assault on the Constitutional Tribunal; only an idiot—or a "useful idiot"—would count on Tusk and his cronies backing down. These guys won't retreat, because the only thing waiting for them behind that is prison bars!

And Tusk’s henchmen are at it again—just this morning at six o’clock, government agents armed with long guns raided the homes of a *Republika* editor and a director from the President’s Chancellery. Even though both had fully cooperated with all previous actions taken by Żurek’s prosecutor’s office—showing up and giving testimony—they were detained, handcuffed, and hauled off to Rzeszów in an attempt to extort a confession. Nothing came of it; they stated their piece and, surprisingly, were not formally arrested, yet restrictive measures—surrendering passports, mandatory police check-ins, and bans on travel or contact—were meticulously imposed!

How does this square with the way Żurek’s prosecutor’s office handled Dr. Kacprzyk—a darling of the Tusk administration (involved in massive financial fraud and endangering patients' health and lives, not to mention securing VIP treatment for Civic Platform cronies to skip the line)? Not only was he never questioned, but no evidence was even secured in his case! Meanwhile, "Justice" Minister Żurek keeps repeating like a complete fool that a suspect must be questioned last, only after the prosecution has gathered the evidence!

Honestly, only a mindless drone consumed by hatred for PiS could believe this!

And "Doctor" Kacprzyk chimed in too—when asked about his scandal, he replied bluntly: "I don't give a shit!"

After all, that’s exactly where Tusk keeps the Polish people!

Proof of this lies in the reaction of "Judge" Korwin-Piotrowska to a *Republika* reporter simply asking questions—she called it harassment and claimed she’d notified every authority imaginable!

Leaving aside the absurdity of that "notification," this particular judge had sworn her oath "before the President" back in April—in the presence of parliamentary columns and the "Field Marshal" of the Sejm (a play on words: *Sejm WC* / *srałem na polu*—"I took a shit in the field")—but *without* the President actually being there. This completely undermines her legitimacy as a Constitutional Tribunal judge; after all, a judge cannot be an anti-Polish idiot who breaks the law!

It’s the same story with the Commissioner for Human Rights (RPO) and the Commissioner for Children's Rights (RPD)—both chosen by the "December 13th Coalition." The RPO hasn't reacted to a single one of Tusk's actions, while the RPD lashed out at a mother who was protecting her child from running into the street—even calling the mother a "whore" (pardon the language)—and then proceeded to involve the police and the courts to have the small children taken away from the mother and sent to an orphanage!

This is precisely the Poland of the Tusk era!

A word to our American brethren and the Polish diaspora: President Donald Trump delivered a brilliant speech at the 81st session of the UN General Assembly in New York, where he took aim at Cuba, Iran, and Russia—but that wasn't all. President Trump clearly emphasized: "I am a great friend of the Polish nation, and I want to thank, in particular, your extraordinary President Karol Nawrocki. Karol is a magnificent warrior, a strong man; I backed him, and he won!" Karol Nawrocki’s victory was the biggest election-related political event in Europe in the last 50 years! Bravo, Mr. President; it is a pity that many so-called Poles not only fail to realize this but actually work to the detriment of our President and Poland! And a message to you all: keep a close watch on the upcoming elections, because a loss for Trump is a loss for you! And by the way—the speech by Polish President Karol Nawrocki was, pardon me, even better. Will you forgive us?

We are returning to Poland while it still exists.

It has just been 50 years since the founding of KOR, and a grand celebration was held at the Royal Castle. Prime Minister Tusk said that the debt owed to the KOR members could never be repaid—which is true. Yet Tusk, who pays out millions to former secret police agents, has no money for the KOR members. And the fact that two of the KOR (Workers' Defense Committee—formed after the "health paths" beatings in Radom!) founders who are presumably still alive—Macierewicz and Naimski—were not at the ceremony... They feted only Kuroń and his cronies from *GW*—that’s the classic case of "the truth of life vs. the truth on screen": we decide who the hero is!

It’s the same story with Lech Wałęsa—I wrote here ages ago that there shouldn't be a word said about Lech; I remember him from the airwaves of Radio Free Europe, and that’s how it should stay—Lech, don't say another word! But Lech *did* speak—I remember it myself—"I signed something..."

And that wouldn't be the worst part—after all, anyone might have a dark chapter in their past—but lying is unacceptable!

But what Minister of "Justice" Żurek and his "female prosecutor" have just done is absolutely outrageous (what would our Nobel laureate say to this?)—they flat-out declared that Wałęsa couldn't have been an agent because he is illiterate and an utter idiot!

The very same Żurek who stated clearly: "We’re going to go after Święczkowski!" Perhaps it is 'Minister of Justice' Żurek who is the idiot, after all?

And in our "media market"—overwhelmingly taken over by foreign capital (reportedly 70 percent is in German hands—but what percentage does Poland hold in Germany?)—an American owner, a "pro-Trump" one at that (horrors!), is set to acquire TVN. Could things really be looking that good?

Time will tell, because as of today, only *Republika* (there are a few others, but they are still too weak!) defends Polish interests—Poles, defend *Republika*!

For it alone exposes the brazen actions of Tusk’s gang (not a word about it in the regime media!), who seek to seize the last bastions of Polishness—the Constitutional Tribunal and the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland!

One might get worked up about it, but one thing matters: maintaining the right attitude toward "Tusk’s and *żurek*-soup-style scumbaggery," which simply cannot win—after all, the percentage of Poles among Poles exceeds 50 percent, doesn't it?

A word, too, on the murder committed by a Ukrainian (a Ukrainian army soldier?) at the Benedictine Sisters' convent in Jarosław: a priest killed, four people wounded. The guy was reportedly driving from Germany to Ukraine; he was stopped at the border because his car lacked insurance—yet they could have just let the guy go to hell—or rather, to Ukraine (after all, any investigation could have proceeded once his details were known!) and nothing would likely have happened. But our border services are "super"—they don't stop killers or terrorists known even from the internet, yet here—they certainly do!

So the guy followed his car to Jarosław and entered the convent there. ...and he snapped—he started "slashing Poles" with a kitchen knife; he killed one and seriously wounded four before he was neutralized (by whom?), and now we have the situation where the 31-year-old’s current mental state prevents him from participating in legal proceedings—so, a madman, then?

And the "Polish" leftists are already chiming in: "It was terrible, but what about the attacks by Polish fascists on poor Ukrainians now?"

And a quick comparison: Polish female officials (and the mother of the boy at his funeral!) were led in "combined restraints" (handcuffs and leg irons!), whereas the killer from Ukraine was led with his hands cuffed in front—is this what Żurek’s "justice" looks like?

I don’t feel like writing any more, because the Polish national team is about to play against Bosnia and Herzegovina (a small part of the former Yugoslavia!)—that great powerhouse—will we manage?

The motto is clear as day, but the title?

A free, sovereign, honest, and self-determining Poland—is that too much to ask?

At Orlen, premium diesel is already nearly 9.50, but that means nothing to the lemmings—a tenner doesn't faze us, Tusk is our soul, price doesn't matter, and PiS can go f*** itself!

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Tusk keeps playing the idiot—or even the "patriot"—talking again about the threat from Russia (and such a threat *does* exist—explosives on tracks, fires at various facilities, murders, missiles, drones, balloons—yet the Government does nothing!), proclaiming the existence of some "secret CIA report" that no one has actually seen (if it existed, President Nawrocki—recently singled out for praise by President Trump, sparking fury within the "December 13th Coalition"—would have been the first to receive it), while completely forgetting his own past words: "President Putin and I will ensure no one throws sand in the gears," or "we want cooperation with Russia, just as it is," as well as his consent (see Rachoń’s *Zgoda* [Consent] and *Reset*!) to cooperation between our services and the Russian FSB—the successor to the KGB.

Is he an idiot, or a professional liar?

It goes without saying that such boorish and unlawful actions by Tusk would not have been possible without the backing of the European Commission led by Ursula von der Leyen—that corrupt (Covid!), dried-up German woman who, having previously wrecked the Bundeswehr as Germany’s Defense Minister, was rewarded with the Commission presidency and is now consistently pushing to transform the EU into a "European state" under German leadership, which spells the death knell for countries like Poland!

She recently delivered a "major" speech (the annual State of the Union address!)—one everyone ought to read, though a few quotes suffice: "the state of our Union is stronger than ever," "we will always uphold our value and fundamental rights," "it is we, Europeans, who decide who comes to our Union," "Europe can, must, and will consistently strive to meet its climate goals," "we must ensure cooling for European cities," "the time has come for a European equivalent to NATO’s Article 4," and "SAFE funds will be used for joint projects between European and Ukrainian defense companies." These clearly confirm that this woman is either an idiot or a German agent—and most likely both!

A word to our American brethren and the Polish diaspora: President Donald Trump called President Karol Nawrocki "his friend" and stated outright that, thanks to "his bold leadership" regarding the establishment of an American base in Poland, "significant progress" has been made. This infuriated Tusk and his gang—led by the red "WC" Czarzasty! With his characteristic tact, President Trump did not explicitly pass judgment on the actions of Tusk’s gang in this matter, but it is blindingly obvious that he holds a firm opinion—one shared by Polish patriots—that this gang is undermining the foundations of the Polish-American alliance! Keep this in mind—not least during the so-called midterms—because the situation in the US is similar: a leftist gang is trying to destroy Trump; don't let it happen!

Let us return to Poland—while it still exists.

During the recent Sejm proceedings, during parliamentary speeches, at... A "journalist" from TVP—currently in the process of liquidation (is a liquidation lasting nearly three years, during which billions are pumped into the company, even legal?)—was conducting an interview with a Civic Platform MP, a certain Mr. Witczak, in the Sejm gallery. Miłosz Kłeczek, a journalist from *Republika*, approached them, and that’s when things kicked off: Marshal Bosak of Confederation admonished Kłeczek, and moments later, the *Republika* reporter was escorted out by the Marshal's Guard—yet isn't conducting interviews in the Sejm gallery while the Sejm is in session actually illegal?

Speaking of Bosak from Confederation—he just declared that the President should "swear in" candidate Berek; although he seemingly backtracked on this later in the evening, I had previously thought Bosak was the more sensible one in Confederation! The Sejm elected a new Deputy Marshal—but the position didn't go to the Law and Justice candidate; instead, it went to a candidate from the so-called "Development Plus" faction, whose leader, Mateusz Morawiecki, had recently said: "I am the godfather of Marcin Ociepa's candidacy; hang in there, Marcin, we’re voting for you!"

And he put forward the candidacy of "his own" Marcin—Horała. The Speaker of the Sejm seized the opportunity and ordered a single vote—the Sejm had to elect *some* Marcin! And it is untrue that "Rozwój Plus" had no choice—all they had to do was withdraw Horała’s candidacy. And the "Rozwój Plus" candidate was elected—voted for with savage satisfaction by the majority of the "December 13th Coalition"—while the largest opposition caucus still lacks its own Deputy Speaker.

And Chairman Kaczyński rightly noted: Mr. Morawiecki and his associates are closer to the "December 13th Coalition" today than they are to us!

This is an increasingly serious problem; initially, one might have viewed Morawiecki’s move as a sort of new, Tusk-style "Third Way"—provided there was sensible cooperation between these two "opposition groups"—but the current situation contradicts this (look beyond just the Deputy Speaker election), and such actions can only please "Tusk’s gang." Will "Rozwój Plus"—which is driving us toward a "Poland Minus"—finally come to its senses?

Meanwhile, the "game of tag" played by Tusk’s gang continues; the plan to forcibly take over the Constitutional Tribunal "Cudak-style" remains on the agenda. True, a demonstration by Polish patriots outside the Tribunal’s headquarters is also ongoing, but the question remains: will Tusk get scared?

An interesting detail: the candidate "Berek" claims to have worked as a legal counsel for some 17 years (10 are required), yet he has presented no documents, and there isn't even a trace of such employment in his tax returns—so where is he lying?

The truth is this: the Sejm elected Berek not as a Constitutional Tribunal judge, but merely as a *candidate* for the role—someone who only becomes a judge after taking the oath "before the President of the Republic of Poland" (meaning the oath is administered by the President), and certainly not before the Speaker of the Sejm or the Sejm’s columns!

Consequently, the four candidates backed by Tusk (Tusk: "We must have our own judges in the Tribunal by September!")—from whom the President did not accept an oath—are not Constitutional Tribunal judges; furthermore, their extra-legal charade of taking an "oath before the Speaker of the Sejm" completely disqualifies them! Additionally, two judges must be removed from the Tribunal: while the President did administer their oaths, they subsequently participated in the "Speaker’s Sejm theater" and are now refusing to adjudicate cases. The entire group of six either does not know the law (or fails to apply it!) and blatantly violates the dignity of the judicial office—conduct that spells the end for any judge, even at the level of a District Court!

After all, if the Sejm were to elect a candidate to the Tribunal who had just been sentenced to life imprisonment (arguing, "He’s one of ours, and the verdict isn't final yet!"), would the President really be obliged to accept that oath?

And the "display of Tusk-style boorishness" against the AWS university drags on; the bizarre Cudak keeps pretending to be the "Rector-Commandant" (PiS MP Kurowska—after a few days on a "tap-water diet," having her electricity brazenly cut off, and facing the repeated barring of emergency medical services and fellow PiS MPs, all of which constitutes a blatant violation of the law—fortunately resigned; bravo Ms. Maria, Tusk isn't worth it!), while hundreds of police officers protect this lawlessness of Tusk’s making—Poland, Europe, and the world are watching—and yet nothing happens!

By the way—how many rectors of Polish universities (and there are currently 345 of them!) have spoken up in defense of the unlawfully ousted AWS rector? I don't know of a single one—so how can we be surprised that the standard of Polish universities is currently scraping the bottom of the global barrel?

And therein lies the problem—perhaps this comparison goes too far, but still: when Nazi Germany invaded Poland on September 1, 1939, followed by Communist Russia on September 17, no one lifted a finger either!

To this day, Germany refuses to acknowledge any liability for compensation (war reparations!), and the Russians go even further, claiming they were merely defending the citizens of eastern Ukraine and Belarus!

Truly, our situation is difficult, to put it mildly—Poland is governed by charlatans, the EU pretends not to see anything, and the rest of the world simply doesn't give a damn because it has bigger worries—everyone is just looking out for themselves! President Donald Trump—though considered "controversial" by many—represents the USA, still a global power that, in the current climate, appears to be the sole guarantor of Poland’s independence and sovereignty.

Yet, President Trump’s term ends in two years; will his successor (J.D. Vance?)—who seems poised to effectively carry on Trump’s ideas—be able to win the next election? Time will tell!

The motto remains crystal clear, and the title echoes one of the rallying cries of Polish patriots defending the Constitutional Tribunal—will they pull it off?

Meanwhile, the President is setting off for the USA.

Hello.

Really, a 5-0 score is very dangerous! Our Iga was eliminated in the round of 16 of the US Open, losing the first set 5-7 to China's Zheng, even though she was leading 5-0, and losing the second set 3-6, despite having several chances to win! Iga is only 25 years old and has many Grand Slams (she already has 6!) ahead of her, and I won't go into the reasons here, but I will repeat what I wrote here a few years ago – until someone on the staff fires this woman (with Iga's approval!), even the best coach won't help!

And with better oil at Orlen, it's over 9 PLN – are the lemmings thrilled?

And the title?

This isn't about the American Black Friday, the last Friday of November (the Friday after Thanksgiving), when the Christmas shopping spree begins in the States, but about the Black Friday of Polish democracy, which we're experiencing today – a brazen attack by Tusk's and Żurek's supporters on the Academy of Justice (which trains hacks!) and its Rector (nominated for PiS!), which began on Thursday when a certain Professor Cudak (similarly bad, for a bag of Slovak pears!), illegally nominated by the "Minister of Justice" lumberjack Żurek, marched into the AWS with a Żurek letter and tried to seize power, which ended with him being sent to the toilet (for the disabled!) and a complete failure – truly, such a "rector" won't earn even the janitor's respect (or perhaps especially his, considering the current intellectual level of the lecturers and students!)! But on Friday morning, the "Żurek freak," surrounded by several hundred police officers (criminals from Warsaw and elsewhere are rubbing their hands!), again attacked the AWS building, brutally evicting everyone (the rector, employees, students, Republika journalists, and the "social spokesman" and freedom fighter Adam Borowski), leaving only PiS MP Maria Kurowska (in an attempt to throw her out, the freak jumped on the couch she was sitting on – bravo, Maria!), and then the police blocked the door, not letting anyone in – not even PiS MPs, including Jarosław Kaczyński!

The stupid faces of the policemen blocking the entrance to the AWS building and their idiotic statements – "I'm not a party here" – are very interesting, and the operation is also led by a press spokeswoman from the Police Headquarters – truly the height of rudeness, stupidity, and Tusk's version of understanding the law – this is the end of our Poland!

And Minister Pogłos Kierwiński responded to all this – the law is in effect! And what did Ombudsman Gregorczyk-Abram say to this? Oh, nothing – she was busy defending a certain Niemczyk, a Civic Platform fan, who was sentenced to a few days in jail for aiding the youth of the Last Generation who were sticking to the asphalt – that's really where this leftist belongs!

And where were the members of parliament from both Confederations?

Probably having a beer, but who knows with whom!

And incidentally – if it weren't for the Republic, Poland wouldn't know about all this! But this bizarre attack on the AWS is a minor nuisance, merely a prelude to a much more serious matter: the forcible takeover of the Constitutional Tribunal, which is currently celebrating its 40th anniversary (established during the government of the criminal Jaruzelski). Perhaps only these international celebrations saved it today. Now it has become a symbol of Polish democracy and sovereignty (see the CJEU and others!), and after its takeover by the anti-Polish Tusk (the Constitutional Tribunal is still defunct!), it will be treated as a tool to legitimize its current frauds, strip the President of his power, annihilate Law and Justice (let's not exaggerate about the Confederation of Two!), and create many difficulties in the upcoming elections (if they ever happen!). Incidentally, about a year ago, the Civic Platform, still jokingly calling itself Civic, passed a law to liquidate the AWS, which, thankfully, the President vetoed!

And now, the head of the National Security Bureau under the President of the Republic of Poland, Bartosz Grodecki, has asked the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration whether the rumors about his organization's possible actions against the Constitutional Tribunal are true (I expect a legal basis!) – I wonder how Pogłos will respond? Today I don't have time for any appeals to our fellow Americans and the Polish diaspora, but – support President Trump and fight for a Republican victory in the "midterm elections," because otherwise some "new Kamala," or perhaps even an "old one," will destroy you again, and you will become a symbol of the decline of the USA, because your so-called Democrats are already loudly saying – Trump will lose in November, and we will benefit – do you want that? Similarly, President Trump announced that every adult American will receive $5,000 if the Republicans win in November – one might laugh at that – but?

And as for the "Zondacrypto scandal" – a few more days and it will be revealed in black and white that it's a scandal involving Tusk and his gang – "do the lemmings see it"?

In the small German state of Saxony-Anhalt (west of Berlin), the AfD won the elections, far-right, as the media writes, which caused panic throughout Germany – because how can that be? We don't really have much to love about the AfD, but there's also no need to cry – their demands for a radical reduction in migration and the transfer of more powers to nation states in the EU are acceptable, and as for a quick end to the war in Ukraine and the normalization of relations with Russia, or some anti-Polish ones (border revision), that's nothing new – all the ruling parties in Germany so far have claimed the same thing, more or less openly! Let's wait then – maybe the eventual collapse of Germany won't be so terrible for Poland?

Professor Przydacz, Rozwój Plus (Morawiecki is no better!), in Republika – I saw MPs (PiS?) somewhere scuffling with the police, it's damaging to the image of the MP! And I wrote, for fuck's sake – this is fattening Tusk, you can't be a jerk!

Because it's "obviously obvious" – this German footstool won't back down, that's why he sent his right-hand man, Berek, to the Constitutional Tribunal (he's not a politician, has nothing to do with the Civic Platform – the guy who kept an eye on government scams and decided that Constitutional Tribunal rulings couldn't be published!), Tusk is like a rat pinned to the wall, he can only bite and hope that someone will back down – but no one can, because that's the only chance to save Poland!

And let's consider the most fundamental thing – the National Prosecutor was appointed in violation of the law (without the President's involvement!), which means he's illegal – so not only he, but all the prosecutors he appointed are illegal, therefore all their decisions (tens of thousands) are illegal!

Similarly with the courts – all judges (Iustitia!), who question the status of other judges (they are neo-judges!), and the "Minister of Justice," the lumberjack Żurek, who also officially proclaims this, are illegal – all decisions (rulings, resolutions) of these judges (tens of thousands!) are illegal!

Can anyone imagine the level of this mess?

Because, after all, reminding people of "100 Civic Platform scandals in 1,000 days of government" (or 100 promises in 100 days – who still remembers?) is pointless (I wrote about this in previous Bulletins!), because for the lemmings, one thing is still important – "it's crap, but PiS doesn't govern" – I wonder how long?

Even if Law and Justice wins the next elections (and it has to, or Poland will suffocate!), contrary to today's polls and Tusk's dreams (because you can't count on both Confederations – see the idiotic statements /still "PiS and that's one evil"!/ by MPs) Confederation in the Republic, for example!), then they will really have a problem – how to clean up this "Tusk's mess," making Poland an independent, sovereign, and self-determining country again?

And there's no point in counting on a leftist EU – these bribe-takers (where are the results of those supposedly robust investigations – Ursula von, Eva Kaili, Didier Reynders, Federica Mogherini, or others like that?) will stop at nothing to make a penny, and brazenly bashing Poland, especially the PiS one, is the pinnacle of their dreams – they can make money, and at the same time, give right-wing Poland a "fuck" – live, not die!

One thing is certain – Poles (not Russian or German mongrels, but Poles!) must finally open their eyes (which have been "wide shut" so far!) and support the truly patriotic camp en masse (not Tusk's "broadly smiling" German mug!), because after all, "the level of Poles in Poles" is greater than 50 percent?

So help us God!
