Hello.

I read my previous Christmas Bulletin and was surprised – everything came true and is still relevant!

Also, the words from it addressed to Law and Justice: "If you think the Coalition of Evil will act legally, you're idiots, "without a clue," and the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Court of Justice of the European Union, and other such EU scoundrels will stamp out every decision of Tusk and his gang in the name of the "EU rule of law"!"

The so-called CJEU (Court of Justice of the European Union) has once again proven this by issuing a bizarre judgment that our Polish Constitutional Tribunal (Constitutional Tribunal) does not meet the requirements of an independent and impartial court, and by failing to respect the CJEU's case law, it has violated fundamental principles of EU (European Union) law.

The whole point is that this "tribunal" is not a court at all (the EU is not a state!) and, according to the EU Treaties, which are still in force, it has no right to comment on the Polish justice system, and Polish courts in particular!

Let us remind you – this Tribunal considers our National Council of the Judiciary (KRS) illegal because judges nominated by judges are approved by the Polish Sejm – and these "judges" are politicians appointed by EU governments – dear lemmings, do you see this falsehood?

It's clear that after this "verdict," our "fighting democrats" of all genders practically had an orgasm (including Żurek, who had previously completely written himself off by talking about Ziobro – we could have brought him in the trunk, after all – hadn't he heard of the secret police, the red murderers of Father Popiełuszko?), but that's normal, isn't it?

For Tusk and his gang, breaking the law is like spitting!

A word to our fellow Americans and the Polish diaspora – President Donald Trump is still fighting, the American left wants to destroy him (remember – a bullet narrowly missed him recently!), the Democrats are going crazy, and some Republicans are still living in clouds of absurdity – you already have a Muslim communist in New York – want more?

We're going back to Poland while it's still there!

President Nawrocki vetoed several government bills (on the destruction of Polish youth by "camp builder" Nowacka, or "the chain woman"!), but how could a Polish president support such anti-Polish and idiotic bills?

Negating the "ministry" bill is "obviously obvious," but many decent people fell for the "chain woman" bill – after all, our poor dogs!

And only two passages disqualify it – the lesser-known one (leftist activists can take away anyone's dog without a court order!), and the one that a dog weighing over 30 kg must have a kennel of 20 square meters!

So, not to mention "country dogs," where this "leftist idiocy" is concerned, every dog

owner from "blocks of flats," not just from a "studio apartment," would have to throw their dog out onto the street – how can a three-person family from a two-room apartment provide a kennel of 20 square meters for their dog?

By the way, the "Polish" Minister of Energy (the one who picks his nose?) unveiled the government's National Energy and Climate Plan – it's supposed to ensure transformation and put the economy on a green track. I haven't read such idiocy in a long time – for PLN 3.5 trillion, a 53 percent reduction in emissions by 2030 and a 75 percent reduction by 2040 – with Tusk's budget! After all, these costs are half of the "German reparations" Tusk long ago renounced – does anyone in this government still think? And what's more, the current cost of Polish coal-fired energy, without the ETS, is about 40 groszy per kWh, which is a third less than that government idiot announced for 2026!

The EU governs, the EU advises, the EU will never betray you!

And as for Law and Justice – there's been a lot written lately about the crisis, factions, and quarrels, some scouts, buttermakers, a monastery, and whatever else the Polish Onet (and TV Republika!) can come up with, but the matter is simple – only a broad, comprehensive, ambitious Law and Justice party (PiS) that still recognizes the leadership role of Chairman Jarosław Kaczyński, skillfully and responsibly collaborating with President Karol Nawrocki, has a chance to win the next elections (whenever they happen!) and save Poland from the disastrous and destructive rule of Prime Minister Tusk and his anti-Polish gang!

Because you can't count on either the Mentzen-Bosak Confederation or Braun – these parties still refuse to take responsibility for Poland, because it's easier to be an MP or MEP, play the patriot, take the money, and shout – that's all they like and know how to do!

A "constructive vote of no confidence" could be submitted in the Sejm, but to win it, you need 231 MPs, and currently, PiS has 188, Konfederacja 16, Braun 3, and Republikani 4, which is 211 – 20 are missing!

Could this be raised from the ZSL (32), which is still there, or from Hołownia (31), which is no longer there?

Probably not – the current profits from the trough, against those potentially profitable, are likely to win!

But – what harm is there in promising?

But I don't think I've heard anything about Mentzen or Braun wanting to discuss this with Kaczyński, especially since a new prime minister would have to be nominated – and each of these "confederates," if that were to happen, dreams of becoming prime minister, though they'd never admit it!

Prime Minister Morawiecki, despite his lofty slogans (PiS must be united!), screwed up by organizing a "Christmas Eve after Christmas Eve" – what proof is this of PiS unity?

Despite appearances and slogans that Kaczyński will never allow this, there is a group of "young" members in Law and Justice (Czarnek, Jaki, Bocheński) who should decide (under the Chairman's supervision!) on the party's future policy.

And it is, see above, as simple as a needle – fight, simply, for the votes of Poles – not right-wingers, not leftists, but Poles – all those for whom Poland is most important, and many of whom haven't voted so far, but if PiS woke them up, they would vote and support PiS – that's a total (the part that was there and those who would have!) of about 65 percent of our citizens – after all, the percentage of "Poles within Poles" couldn't be lower, could it?

Because looking at today – the communist Czarzasty is the Speaker of the Sejm, the communist Siwiec is his right-hand man, the heads of the services, the Resetists in Aurora hats are in charge, and the spokesman is a former member of the Armed Forces (ORMO - Voluntary Reserve of the Citizens' Militia - that's where the worst scum used to go!) – it's hard to believe!

One could write and write about all this (it's the last Friday before Christmas!), but there will be time for more after the holidays, because Christmas is the most important Polish holiday!

Already during the first term of office of PiS, I wrote that there are no KODs, Obywatele SB, or other (Lempart Women!) street filth, but the "highest caste" is the greatest threat to Poland, adding timidly that all these Iustitia should be outlawed , and their leaders (judges cannot belong to political organizations!), be kicked out of their profession!

And disregard any "judgments" of the CJEU or ECtHR (armed arms of the leftist European Commission!), because according to the European Treaties, "the administration of justice is the exclusive competence of the member states" and these "EU courts" (judges are nominated by governments there!) have nothing to do with it. talking!

But, as usual, PiS didn't listen to me!

And it could have been so beautiful!

President Andrzej Duda also contributed to this by vetoing some laws in this regard, but it seems that PiS failed here - maybe it should have been agreed first?

Just like with the media law (TVN!), but here our allies, the Americans, have joined the fight - will they come to the aid of TV Republika with similar determination? (Because Tusk also got "mad" here and some advertisers ran away!)

There it was about the "share of foreign capital" (in no other large European country such a situation is possible - at most 30 percent, and often less!), and TV Republika seems to be "extraordinarily Polish" - will the Americans help?

This seems extremely doubtful - because for "Biden Americans" (Brother Americans - read, it's the same with you!), the problem of truly Polish media is like stories about UFOs!

The same with "Wąsik and Kamiński" - the boys were pardoned by the President of the Republic of Poland - and the competition was over!

The Constitution is clear - the prerogative of the President of the Republic of Poland is the right of pardon (not acquittal!), with one limitation - he cannot pardon guests convicted by the State Tribunal!

This means that he can do it at any stage of the court proceedings (even before the verdict!), and even more so "after the conviction", even if it is not final, which in itself imposes many restrictions on the "convicted" person!

This means that the conviction of Wójcik and Kamiński by any court (after pardon!) is illegal and that court should be convicted!

But the "Tusk law breakers" go further - not only should Wójcik and Kamiński go to jail, but the parliamentary seat "after them" cannot be filled and the Polish Sejm now has not 460, but 458 MPs!

The Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the Supreme Court issued decisions repealing the decision of the Speaker of the Sejm regarding the annulment of the parliamentary mandates of the above-mentioned persons - and this is a Chamber which, according to the ruling of the CJEU (see above), is not a court! What's more, this is the House that should issue a decision on the validity of the last Polish parliamentary elections on January 11!

And there are two possibilities - either it will be published this way, or it will be published differently!

And then we will have a "brothel of brothels" in our Poland! If it passes, PiS will say - new elections, and PO - it doesn't matter, it's not a court!

If it does not issue a verdict, PiS will say "the highest caste" has broken the law again, and PO will say - it is the only possible verdict, and the fact that this Chamber is not a court is nothing!

To be clear - the new PiS act on the National Council of the Judiciary was carried out in accordance with the law, it designates judges and the President of the Republic of Poland appoints them!

And none of the idiotic voices of "EU tribunals" or rebellious "Polish judges" have any legal force - it's just anti-PiS clamor!

Please, an example of "Tusek normality" - an MP called "Myszka Aggresorka", a certain Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz, or a "senator with allegations", a certain Krzysztof Kwiatkowski, who loudly shout about the "neoKRS", are taken there for "participation in meetings and for the work declared " a mere 15,000 a month - but surely it suits the pizza voters of the Coalition of Evil?

Same with the Polish TS - it's legal as hell!

And "Minister of Justice" Bodnar, who is still looking for a legal basis to justify the boorish attack of Prime Minister Tusk and Colonel Sienkiewicz on the Polish media (and on a number of other entities!), states brazenly - their pardon by the President of the Republic of Poland was illegal, and adds - I do not see in nothing illegal about the actions of the Minister of Culture (!) Sienkiewicz! Dear Poles, open your eyes - you have not only a Prime Minister for whom "lying is like spitting", but a Minister of Justice for whom the Prime Minister's guidelines - we will act in accordance with the law, as we understand it - are the only legal basis for action!

Indeed, even the Commune under Jaruzelski made greater efforts to conceal its anti-Polish activities!

And all the time we have in the background the actions of the EC, which is slowly but systematically (in addition to its other illegal actions - see the "Russian" Qatar scandal in the European Parliament!), proceeding with "mandatory solidarity" in the matter of the so-called refugees, of which there are several million "already there". , and who, numbering several hundred thousand, flow into the EU every year, and yet there are several dozen (that's not a mistake!) million of them in the "starting blocks" that this "poor, leftist EU" will have to accept!

And now we have a government (fornication?) in Poland for which this is not a problem - as the Platform's spokesman said long ago - we are ready to accept any amount!

And then the head of the European Council, a certain Donald Tusk, said - failure to accept them will have many consequences for Poland!

Now the same Tusk, as the re-elected Polish Prime Minister, says - Poland will not accept any illegal refugees! Knowing the proverbial truthfulness of the "Polish Prime Minister", we can take a risk - we will not accept any illegal refugees - but are these poor people who are looking for a place for themselves in Europe illegal refugees? And, contrary to the constant fraudulent claims of EU and Polish leftists, the issue of "voluntary solidarity" is already "confirmed"!

Unfortunately, Poles chose as they did (or will the Court decide according to the law!), voting, although perhaps not everyone was aware of it, for the Coalition of Evil, for which the good of Poland lies somewhere at the level of a subordinate German state, and pictures such as "New Year's Eve in Cologne" (from a few years ago - harassment of German women)), or today's "New Year's Eve in Paris" (only 750 burned cars!), New Year's Eve in Marseille (25,000 "black Frenchmen" on the market square!), or many other "New Year's Eves in European cities" (locals in the canals or at home!) are to become "everyday" for Warsaw, Gdańsk and Poznań!

On November 11, Poles in Warsaw, in front of the Sejm (Hołownia will install new barriers?), are to protest against Poland's lawlessness introduced by Tusk and his "criminal camarilla" - many of them (us?) will certainly be there, but will it be a breakthrough?

During Tusk's previous government, I took part in a large Solidarity demonstration in Warsaw - it was the largest (over a million?) demonstration in free Poland, the Speaker of the Sejm was Ewa Kopacz, who did not even let our delegation into the Sejm (because the Sejm is working!), and the effect was none - Tusk completely ignored it, and the "impressive media" helped him (TVP, TVN, Polsat, GW and others!), ignoring, belittling and ridiculing the significance of the demonstration!

And it may be similar on January 11!

When 100 people demonstrated during the PiS government, the impressionable media turned it into a "world problem", and the "afraid" of PiS explained the words of every idiot who got to the microphone, and there was a "PiS policeman" within a 10-meter radius!

And during the European march, the Platforms, where the effigy of President Kaczyński was "hanged", remained silent!

By the way - how PiS-oriented the Police is, was visible during the "Peasist takeover of the media" (or when Lempart spit on them!), and how P-Rise is (see the Independence Marches of that time!), we will see soon, and when Col. Sienkiewicz "burns down the booth" again " - this could really be interesting!

I am currently watching how "our authorities" are celebrating the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah in the Polish Sejm - for the second time, because the first celebration was extinguished with a fire extinguisher by Confederate MP Braun. As the "hosts" said - for two days I have seen great tolerance here! It is obvious that Braun behaved like an idiot (the intentions are different, the methods are different!), because his feat will serve as a source of fuel for all Poland's world enemies to accuse us of anti-Semitism for a long time - because in Germany there is such a local swołocz (local and Nazi!), you can beat Jews in the streets or burn synagogues, but in Poland you cannot extinguish their candles!

By the way - in 2000, the actor Olbrychski (now for "fuck piss"!), with the saber of the film Kmicic in his hand, attacked his portrait in a Nazi uniform in Zachęta, from a French film (for which he got quite a lot of money!), cutting it cruelly - and became a hero of Polish and world media!

Isn't MP Braun going to be their hero?

And the fact that we submitted an "amendment" not to punish "anti-religious speeches" has nothing to do with it!

Donald Tusk went to Brussels (no one will deceive me there!) and assured once again - we have money from the KPO as if it were in the bank (strong people will also arrange it?), and as can be judged by his kisses with "free Europeans", especially with "Beautiful Ursula" (although "only" the authorities have changed in Poland!), it will be like that!

Now it is clearly visible (although it has always been clear to normal Poles!) that all this EU talk about the "lack of the rule of law in Poland" was just "drinking and photomontage", as we used to say during communism!

After all, "Asshole" Trzaskowski explained it a long time ago - This money will be frozen until we return to power!

I wonder how the "generation of October 15" feels now (voting until 3 a.m. for "pizza and beymy"!), so brazenly deceived by the Tusk media, Tusk cronies, Tusk functionaries and Tusk himself?

Although - for the "one hundred specifics of the platform" one will certainly be implemented (the rest "after careful consideration"!) - the restoration of large pensions from the Security Service - this will surely be enough for you!

PiS activists, media activists and other dreamers are now saying - the Coalition of Evil will do its job, but it can only do it within the "limits of the law"!

Guys, no worries. Similarly to the KPO, it will be a "law-abiding act" - all actions of the Coalition of Evil, regardless of their "legal basis", will be "outright" sanctioned by the EC, the CJEU, the ECtHR and whatever else is in this law-abiding EU (Kaila and Jouvrowa they laugh loudly!), and the Polish Constitutional Tribunal or the National Council of the Judiciary will be considered "absent and non-existent" - good luck, there is no hell, and the Polish Constitution (where are all the T-shirts?) is nothing worth mentioning! Because Chyży Rój said clearly - everything will be done in accordance with the law, as we understand it!

And further - "he is considered easy to breed for Merkel", "he is an ideal candidate, a docile politician who is easy to control" - these are the voices of the German press. And the German onet - Russian propaganda is not delighted with the election of Tusk as prime minister!

No one should have any doubts here?

And how they really treat Donald Tusk in the EU is proven by one thing - after passionate welcome hugs and kisses, an important, so-called crisis breakfast was held with Orban (where Chancellor Scholz used some strange tricks!) - to which Donald T. was simply not invited!

And that's how it is - because Donald T. is great as a cloakroom attendant, he can shine "in salons", but he won't be invited "to the secretary of serious matters"!

Yes, "dear Prime Minister" - now in December is your spring, but in spring it will be your December!
