And in the evening, you see Donald Tusk in liquidation on TV (by the way – is it legal to liquidate a company that has been illegally taken over for over two years while simultaneously pumping billions into it?), saying that if you don't accept this loan, you'll be an anti-Polish scoundrel working to your own detriment and that of "this country"!

By the way, it turns out that the German arms company Rheinmetall, which has had a branch in Poland since 2016, signed a preliminary cooperation agreement with Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (Polish Armaments Group) in October 2025, as well as more than a dozen agreements in Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Italy, giving it a great chance to profit from the SAFE program, which Germany has not joined – a coincidence?

And this is coming from a guy who breaks the law on a daily basis!

And the Red Marshal went even further: "Since the presidential bill violates judicial independence and the separation of powers, I have decided to submit it to the Venice Commission for review," Czarzasty stated, adding brazenly: "I advise you to pay attention to these laws, Mr. President, because you are slowly becoming the destroyer of Polish law!"

A word about Szymon Hołownia's Poland 2050 – this hideous creation, which was created as another (Palikot, Nowoczesna) fraud aimed at siphoning votes from the Law and Justice party (PiS), is splitting and falling apart (Hołownia – they tricked me!), and that's good. The only positive for this wretched group would be its participation in the collapse of Tusk's coalition on December 13th – but can we really count on fraudsters?

By the way, the Ministry of National Defense, under Kosiniak-Kamysz, is planning some idiotic training for the military on "equality," including for LGBTQ+, which the K-K knows nothing about – I wonder what this pathetic head of the Ministry of National Defense knows?

The Hungarian elections are coming up soon. The opposition TISZA, led by Peter Magyar (a Hungarian Tusk – we lied morning, day, evening, and night!), is leading in the polls – I wonder if the Hungarians will allow themselves to be manipulated like the Poles? And Peter (Ziobro, Romanowski) has already announced – we will extradite them on the first day. I think they'll fly to Minsk or Moscow!

But what's that to "berry-loving lemmings" – the important thing is that PiS isn't in power!

Finally, we return to the beginning of this post, namely Germany. Today is the Christian Democratic CDU congress in Stuttgart, where Chancellor Mertz's re-election is rather certain (the only candidate), and the presence of Angela Merkel, who hasn't been seen here for a long time, has caused a lot of noise. But the Chancellor's words are important – unity within the party, during a time of reordering the world, is paramount. When we are united, we can achieve anything. He added modestly – Germany must take responsibility for Europe!

And when you add that he recently stated that the war in Ukraine, which has been going on for four years, has been lasting longer than World War II, you don't know whether to laugh or cry, because this is consistent with the Russian version – the World War II lasted from 1941 to 1950. 1945! So the German aggression against Poland on September 1, 1939, or the Russian aggression against Poland on September 17, 1939, never happened! And is the establishment of the German concentration camp in Auschwitz in German-occupied Poland in June 1940 a sick fantasy?

These are details, but they're important as hell, because such arbitrary and false presentation of historical facts by the German Chancellor, the direct successor to the Chancellor of the Third Reich, Adolf Hitler (I hope my blog doesn't get shut down again for this!), is simply dangerous!

Similarly, British Prime Minister Churchill once said that Germany should be bombed every 50 years, for no reason, as a preventative measure – I don't know if he actually said it, but there's something to it!

446 MEPs voted in favor of the resolution, 178 against, 41 abstentions.
(By the way - the discussion before was terrible, PiS MPs did their best to show the truth, "total" MPs did their best to tell the truth, and "poor Europeans" once again proved that Comrade Lenin's saying about "useful idiots" it's just as "still alive" as its author!)
The fact that the Left voted from the so-called Western or even Eastern Europe may be surprising, but not too much - after all, Poland has long been (i.e. since Law and Justice rules in Poland!), It stands the leftist authorities of the European Union with a "bone in the throat" (sovereign, free, independent Poland - never!), but the fact that "Polish MEPs" voted for this anti-Polish Resolution (from the EC or Platform, still called Civic, plus Spring, from ZSL, still called PSL, from PZPR, still for eggs called SLD), this is already an open betrayal of Poland - this is Total Market!
And there were 18 traitors, let's give this list of shame:

And separate "congratulations" for "Poznanians" - you are chosen "troika" / we do not vote for paratroopers! / (Ewa "Na meter włąb" Kopacz, Leszek "PZPR" Miller, Sylwia "Spring" Spurek!), Voted for " anti-Polish resolution "(already pushing Poznań!), and in addition one of them (Spring!), considers herself a co-author of the" additional clause "- take Poland's EU money!
In fact - "Poznań" can be proud!
Speaking of the two "cases" given at the beginning - I wonder if the current traitors will never be punished?
The EP resolution is not only anti-Polish, but also terribly objective, to put it mildly - the choice of judges in many European countries (Germany, France, Italy, the Czech Republic, Austria, all Scandinavia, Spain, etc.!) Is much more "party and political" than according to the changes proposed by PiS - here judges are chosen by judges and politicians (in the Polish Sejm by a majority of 3/5 votes!), and in most of those countries only politicians (as well as in the selection of judges to the CJEU!) - but what does it matter?
This is confirmed by the unfortunate Venice Commission (called to Poland by the Speaker of the Senate, who has no legitimacy to do so - hence he has no right to respond to this call positively, because then he breaks his rights alone!), Who came to Poland, had fun here for two days and returned home, and after a few days issued a "objective opinion at a global level!"
(Venice Commission - advisory, armed arm of the Council of Europe (not the European Union - dear Małgorzata KB, candidate for the presidency of the Republic of Poland from the Platform!), Was founded in 1990 to help new members of the Union, especially those "post-communist", help in "Eurobity", and it owes its name to the fact that once a quarter it organizes itself "away sessions" in Venice, which costs us several million euros a year - can you?).

It must be expressed surprise that this global "opinion" was created so quickly (professionals must be great there!), But something is probably not right here - the Venice Commission came to Poland on January 10, and the same day the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe (i.e. authority sending the Vienna Commission to Poland!) Dunja Mijatović (Bosnia!), wrote a letter (with a note - to make it public on January 13!), in which she arbitrarily states - the "Pisan" law must be rejected in its entirety! - and the Venice Commission pretends that it is doing something there in Poland, returns home and publishes an "opinion" - in accordance with the guidelines of Mrs. Mijatović!
(By the way - I wonder how much truth there is in the creation repeated in the lobby - that the boys from Venice found their opinion here, on the spot!).
There is not much more here - the statement of the Venice Commission that there are countries in Europe where the judges are chosen by politicians, but this does not mean anything, because they are politicians in the countries of the "old democracy" (Germany, France, Sweden even!), but in "new" democracies (Poland, Albania, even Moldova!) it can't be that way - it's curiosity on a global scale - after all, the European Union has in its basis "equality of European states"!

And these today's "stories of all democracy" from both the European Parliament, the European Commission, the Council of Europe and the Venice Commission are "a European pic for water and photomontage", having nothing to do with truth.

So - the European Union, European Council, European Commission, Council of Europe, Venice Commission or other such - can jump on us!
They have no right to control our Polish "changes in the judiciary" in any way, or even to assess, or worse, impose!
Why are they doing this then?
Well, because the "highest dream" of the European Union, let us add - the leftist European Union - is the old dream of a certain "Polish communist"!
Róża Luksemburg (Rozalia Luxenburg, 1871-1919), an activist of Polish and German "social democracy" (feminist, criticized Comrade Lenin, but - "there is no real socialism without democracy, just as there is no real democracy without socialism"!), Already then she said clearly - our goal is to create one, great European, communist state - that is not only "is Lenin eternally alive"?

But not only us - maybe Europe and even the world?
Here, just the "Polish Senate" can not be an example (rejection of the "Pisa Act" on the courts!), But - after all, "President and the Sejm" are free?

Then "total opposition" will win, Poland will lose, and "EU leftists" will give a mass in Brussels - after all "Brussels is worth mass" (see French Henry IV the Great)!
