At the nearby Orlen, oil is at 8.40 PLN and it's supposed to be even lower – has Tusk scared the Poles? Even if so, this doesn't apply to the lemmings; they will vote for Tusk's Civic Platform even at 10 złoty per liter, and even if the number of Tusk-related scandals reaches 100 in 100 days, just like Tusk's election promises – only one thing matters to them – PiS isn't in power!

It's true that writing about Tusk-related scandals makes me gag, but it has to be written. Maybe at least one lemming will see the light?

So, one by one – the KPO scandal (yachts and millions of subsidies for their own people – the inspections did not reveal any abuses!), the pedophilia and zoophilia scandal in Kłodzko (nobody, not even the ruling Marshal of the Sejm Wielichowska, knows this perverted PO woman now, although everyone loved and supported her before!), the scandal in the Southern Hospital, the apple of Dupiarz's eye (the PO coordinators from the Emergency Department and the Prosecutor's Office did whatever they wanted, earning big scoldings, endangering the health and lives of patients (there were fatalities!), and the Żurek prosecutor's office is making fun of themselves – none of these guys was even questioned, let alone immediately closed), the scandal with the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (its account was closed, which threatens the "takeover of the Polish sky" by the Germans!), the scandal with the ecological disaster on the Bóbr River ("renovation" of the dam on Lake Pilchowickie, tons of fish to heaven, tons of nasty sludge to the Odra River – and no reaction from the Platformfuses and environmentalists!), the "flood" scandal in Lower Silesia (millions of subsidies for the Polish People's Party (PO) profiteers, even for those who weren't affected by the flood, Marshal Wielichowska's husband also distributed them to his own – I wonder what my friends from Stronie Śląskie think about all this?), the scandal with the health service (patients are postponed to next year or the next, hospitals are going bankrupt, doctors who are scandalous earn millions, and the Minister of Health, who herself took the illegal money, is proposing to the hospitals – close the wards, and I'll pay you!), the scandal with the attack on TV Republika (over two months have passed and we don't know anything – were there Tusk's services after all?), the scandal with the Polish People's Party MP Król (the European Public Prosecutor's Office, which Bodnar invited here, talks about millions of bribes, and the Platform defends the guy!)), the scandal with the Russian missile, which It flew 100 km over Poland and exploded in a field (Tusk – Poles, nothing happened, our state is vigilant, the services passed the exam!), the budget scandal, which exceeds all norms and decency, the scandal with the leak of medical data (that's half of Poland!) of 19 million Poles (as Minister Gawkowski, the one who sings the Internationale with a red tie, says so brazenly (really, I heard it myself!) – this is proof that Polish services are working, Poles have nothing to fear! And there is also medical data of politicians, military and other services – what kind of idiot do you have to be (and this guy is responsible for Poland's cybersecurity!) to say something like that? The scandal with the Constitutional Tribunal and the National Council of the Judiciary – no regulations have changed, and these imposing, PiS institutions are now supposed to be lawful (which the European Commission, itself corrupt to the core!), which in itself is absolutely sufficient proof of their "leftist" deviation, having nothing to do with democracy and the rule of law! Forgive me for mentioning only a few of these "PAP scandals," but while writing, I had impulses I'd like to spare PT readers – and still, admiration for those who read it!

And what does Prime Minister Tusk say about the "flood scandal?"

We'll burn out every case of improper spending of money for flood victims with a hot iron! Except that, as he himself admits, "the Ministry has been conducting an audit since May," and today it's mid-August – and throughout this entire time, the "swindlers" were in office (most of them still are!) and raking in a lot of cash (and still are!).

Speaking of cash – in Poland, we have 314 rural counties and 66 cities with county rights, a total of 380. If we assume that each has 10 local government companies, we have 3,800 of them (there are more in large cities!), plus all the hospitals, state-owned companies, and who knows what, what else - a total of about 5 thousand entities in which "rabbit's friends" collect from several to several dozen thousand zlotys per month, let's say on average two thousand (!), which is about 10 million a month, 120 million a year!

But this is "minimum" After all, management and supervisory boards aren't made up of just one person, and not everywhere they earn that much. It could be as much as five hundred, or even more, for no reason!

What do Poles, toiling for several thousand a month, say to this?

A word to our fellow Americans and the Polish diaspora – attacks on President Trump continue unabated, the left is experiencing a "political orgasm," and yet the hostile Iran must be defeated – support your president!

We're returning to Poland while it still exists.

During Monday's meeting between Prime Minister Tusk and coalition leaders on December 13th (Kosiniak with Kamysz, Czarzasty without Klęski!), the Prime Minister reportedly insisted on the government camp running together in the upcoming elections – because a single ticket is the safest way to maintain power. And to gain the applause of his lemmings, Prime Minister Tusk went to the set of the TV series Ranczo, where, together with the local mayor (actor Żak) and the prime minister (actor Barciś), they put on a show of pouring Vaseline – indeed, the Mayor and his Czerepach are characters straight out of Tusk's government!

And for reasons he probably knows, Mateusz Morawiecki, head of Rozwój Plus, went to the Wrocław district of Jagodno, famous for voting for pizza until dawn during the last elections, where he probably didn't achieve much success – students on vacation?

Instead, he said he could imagine working with Mentzen and "the entire Confederation," to which Mentzen responded, "My hand will sooner wither than I support further social programs. I'd rather quit politics than join this gang leading Poland to disaster." Tusk, Kaczyński, Morawiecki, Czarzasty, one dog – for all of them, poll numbers are more important than Poland's future.

I can safely say it again – Poles can't count on the Confederation!

All of this should be an important signal to Law and Justice and Development Plus, because the upcoming elections could be the most important since "regaining independence" after the Round Table Talks, where the communists reached an agreement with their agents – because now there's no mercy, either those agents win or an independent Poland!

Sports Corner – Kolejorz won after a crazy flight against the Shepherds 5-0 and is still playing. At the European Championships in LA, the track was absolutely black (those European women are beautiful!), a Pole was the first white European in the 100 meters, Pia was cheated because she's Polish, but we have our Iga – keep growing, our treasure!

Tomorrow is the parade celebrating Polish Armed Forces Day, another anniversary of the Miracle on the Vistula, where a reborn Poland defeated the Bolsheviks, also saving Europe from the onslaught of communist evil, for which no one has thanked us to this day. And for which parade the Tuskites (Tusk will flee to Gdynia!) are reportedly planning some nasty prank on the President, raving about the slogan "Poland SAFE" – Karol, hold on!

The motto and title are clear as hell, but the question is: will Poles allow Tusk's scum to rob us for the next four years?

 B.N. 07/26. COALITION OF BETRAYAL AND EMBARRASSMENT!

Hello.

Today is Friday the 13th, nothing special, but the devil never sleeps, you have to be careful! And besides, it's some leftist "self-love" day, which, given the high moral standards of this blog, I won't elaborate on, as it could lead to some rather dangerous conclusions!

A small sports corner – our Iga screwed up again, losing a match to the Greek Sakkari that she shouldn't have lost, and not the only one lately, by the way! My post isn't advice, just the timid comments of a fan who once predicted at least 15 Grand Slams, and now sees that Iga is not only not progressing, but actually regressing! What would I do in her place? What I wrote two years ago – he ventilated the team! The coaching change has already happened, so now it's Vim staying, but everyone else, especially the "psycholoszka," is off to the green grass – they've already fattened up enough on it! Whatever Iga does, she'll do (she's giving up playing in Dubai for today!) – surely she hasn't had enough of the game yet?

And Prime Minister Donald Tusk is playing "psycholoszka" for Poles, declaring the majority of voters idiots and lying like crazy, while feeding his 30 percent of "strong together" (grandmothers, rats, and similar individuals!) with tales of their patriotism and the destruction of PiS-led Poland, which could inevitably lead to Poland's downfall!

There are hundreds of examples, let's take one of the most recent – the Sejm vote on the SAFE bill – 236 MPs voted in favor, 199 against, and 4 abstained. And what did Tusk say about this? The masks have fallen. PiS and the Confederation voted against the SAFE program, i.e. against Poland's security, against a modern army, against the Polish arms industry. "This is no longer the opposition, these are enemies of Polish independence," he wrote on the X platform right after the vote. And now we know for sure – if Tusk calls someone an "enemy of Polish independence," it absolutely means that they are fighting for Poland's independence! And this SAFE program is another EU-German sham – remember the famous KPO, which was supposed to save European economies after the "Chinese pandemic"?

Germany got what it deserved, but Poland didn't – the head of the European Commission, Ursula von, brazenly deceived Prime Minister Morawiecki (who, admittedly, didn't shine with his intellect here!), telling him that everything was OK in Poland, and after returning to Brussels, inventing further "milestones," even though Dupiarz Trzaskowski had already made it clear – this money will be frozen until we return to power!

This time it's different – Poland took €44 billion (the entire program for Europe is €150 billion!), and Germany got nothing!

And not because Ursula von their She cheated, on the contrary – we don't want to! According to Tusk, taking 44 billion and paying it off within 45 years is the pinnacle of our dreams, and if we add that we have to spend about 70 percent of that within the "EU framework" and have a maximum of four years to do it all, and on top of that, the EU has the "rule of law argument" up its sleeve (if someone tries to trick us, they won't get it!), then another scam is clearly visible – now we're playing dumb, but let's just hope PiS wins the elections!

And a "natural curiosity" is the behavior of the German ambassador Berger in the Polish Sejm – he closely observed everything from the audience and even wrote online about how wonderful this SAFE is (I followed the debate in the Sejm, the threat from Russia, there's no time to waste!), what's more, he openly supported "minister" Kotula on the bill on the "status of close relatives" (Dignity and security, legal certainty for citizens in same-sex unions!) – isn't this the height of impudence in Poland? Polish-German relations? For us, yes, but certainly not for the red-faced German footstool!

Tusk behaved similarly idiotically during the National Security Council meeting convened by the President of the Republic of Poland.

First, during Karol Nawrocki's excellent opening speech, he gobbled up and spat out some cookies, uttering nothing intelligent. Around 6 p.m., after two items (the SAFE program, the Peace Council), he left because he wouldn't bother with nonsense about Marshal Czarzasty! Incidentally, is anyone surprised that Comrade Czarzasty has some sort of dealings with the Russians?

After all, this entire "red gang" had, has, and will continue to have them!

Comrade Czarzasty served for two years as a member of the parliamentary committee for special services, where fulfilling that famous "instruction" was required (he would leave during secret sessions!), and PiS MPs were also there – surely they didn't see that?

Just leaving before the end speaks volumes about Tusk's level of leadership, and the reason is telling – why would he care about the Marshal's dealings with the Russians? Exactly – him, the "reset-in-chief," who embraced Putin in Smolensk, handed over the investigation to him on the spot, approved our services' cooperation with the FSB, and called President Trump a Russian agent, putting a gun to his back (even Merkel was shocked by that!), idiotically pointing it at him!

And as for the Peace Council – I've already written here that Tusk won't go for it (though he lied again – I was invited!), although the $1 billion entry fee is a sham – but for Tusk to run for President?

A word to our fellow Americans and the Polish diaspora – the left, both in America and elsewhere, wants to forcefully pin President Donald Trump on the so-called Epstein scandal, even though it was Trump who brought about his arrest and released millions of photos, which the so-called Democrats talked about throughout Biden's term, yet released nothing – leftism! Attorney General Pam Bondi's "hearing" before the House Judiciary Committee (leftists!) on the Epstein case was brilliant, where Bondi defended President Trump: "I won't be dragged into the gutter, Trump is the greatest president in American history, you suffer from derangement syndrome, you don't tell me what to do" (Democrat Raskin), "you're a loser." And she accused activist judges of being a coordinated opposition to Trump!

We need women like her, not just in the US!

Another interesting natural fact – the Coalition of Evil (besides millions and yachts from the National Energy Policy for its buddies), in 2024, the Sundog company (Olga Tokarczuk!), received PLN 17 million from the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) for a project to "create a video game based on the work of a Nobel Prize winner." Today, it turns out that Tokarczuk "left" the company's Supervisory Board after just a few months, and there's been no sign of any results. I wonder who took these 17 bubbles?

We're just kidding here, but the EU is acting!

The European Parliament has just voted on a new climate target for 2040 – a 90 percent reduction in CO2 emissions compared to 1990! 413 MEPs voted in favor, 226 against, and 12 abstained. The European Parliament also supported the delay in the entry into force of the ETS2 system (it will ruin Europe, but first and foremost Poland!), which will come into effect in 2028 – of course, after the Polish elections! What's more, the same Parliament voted on "recommendations to the Council on the European Union's priorities for the 70th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women," which wouldn't be unusual, but – the amendment (who proposed it?) that "only a biological woman can become pregnant" was rejected – 200 MEPs voted for the amendment, 233 against, and 107 abstained!

So, out of 720 MEPs (many didn't vote – what are they getting beat up for?), 340 believe that a man can give birth!

Isn't this further proof that we are ruled by EU morons?

And the "Polish" morons aren't any better, but the new ideas of "Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General" Żurek (the National Council of the Judiciary!) are nothing to write home about – thanks to his anti-Polish activities, this guy is placing himself on the podium of "Polish traitors," right behind Tusk and Bodnar, and the rest of the ranks are practically endless!

These anti-Polish scumbags rule?

Hello.

I wrote here a long time ago that before we are finished with the Green Deal or the migration pact, the matter will be resolved by the "highest caste," meaning a family-based, multi-generational team of judges dating back to the Polish People's Republic, currently (illegally!) affiliated with unions like Iustitia or Themis, anti-Polish in nature!

Let us recall – until the so-called neo-National Council of the Judiciary (KRS), legally established by an act of parliament and approved by the President of the Republic of Poland, judges elected themselves from among the members of the KRS, and the KRS's deliberations were secret – this is precisely what these "people's chosen ones" will never forgive PiS!

For example, the September 24th resolution of the Supreme Court's Chamber of Labor and Social Security stated that any ruling of the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs involving even a single neo-judge is null and void! Writing that this Chamber approved the legality of all recent elections is meaningless – pathocracy rules!

Or the dismissal of the proceedings against Sławomir Nowak without a trial, announced at the preliminary hearing by a judge with minimal experience!

Moreover, the dismissal was requested not only by the defense, which could be considered almost normal, but also by the lead prosecutor (also an anti-Polish activist!), who assured the Court that she would not file an appeal against the dismissal, and even if there was no appeal, she would request that the case be returned to the prosecutor's office!

And a small addition – an assessor is someone who hopes to become a judge and is evaluated by judges (it usually takes about four years) before receiving this honor – he has many judicial powers, but he's not a judge yet!

This is Donald Tusk – thanks to the Coalition's victory on October 15th, it's no longer politicians, party leaders, or the Prime Minister who decide who is guilty and who is not – it's the courts!

Dear lemmings – can you feel it?

A doctoral thesis could be written on the judicial and prosecutorial shenanigans of the Minister of Justice and former Judge Waldemar Żurek, Prosecutor General, so there's no space here, but one example is enough to demonstrate the mental paranoia of Donald Tusk's Strong-Armed henchman!

After the dismissal of Nowak's "Polish" case, Minister Żurek said – after all, the dismissal was issued by an independent court, now I'm waiting for the justification! And the poor assessor who issued the dismissal (in closed session – I wonder when he managed to read thousands of pages of court records?) became an assessor in 2024, meaning, according to Żurek's nomenclature, he's a neo-assessor. If he eventually becomes a judge, he'll be a neo-judge!

And Minister Żurek has been fulminating since his appointment that every judge appointed by the neo-NCJ isn't a judge, and his ruling isn't a ruling, that he should leave the courtroom for the sake of his own health, because, in addition to inevitable disciplinary action by "real" judges, he'll have to pay any compensation out of his own pocket!

Experts writing on this topic keep telling us that there are 10,000 judges, most of whom are good judges, and only a handful of political troublemakers from the very top are causing trouble!

I used to think so too, but recently I visited the website of the Poznań Grunwald and Jeżyce District Court, where I have a small "car case," and what do I see?

On each Division's website, there's a list of judges and assessors adjudicating there, but it's not just alphabetical, like it used to be! These unfortunate individuals are divided into two groups – the first includes those with the annotation "Assessor or judge appointed by the Neo National Council of the Judiciary," and the second (the better one, I guess?) includes those with the annotation "Judge appointed without the participation of the Neo National Council of the Judiciary," the original spelling!

As it turns out, all the judges adjudicating there (not to mention assessors, see above!) absolutely agree (this applies to both groups!) with this anti-Polish, humiliating division – because surely they would have protested otherwise?

A word to our fellow Americans and the Polish community there.

President Donald Trump delivered a brilliant speech at the UN, speaking the truth about the Green Deal and illegal migration without political correctness, strongly criticizing Europe and its rulers (Europe will fall!), which will surely result in attacks from European and American leftists, and speaking a few words of truth about current wars, criticizing the UN here, which will not win him any admirers among the global leftists either!

He even told the English directly – you have a terrible mayor of London, Sharia law is being introduced there! Mayor of London Sadiq Khan denied this, but the BBC, supporting the protest, added – there are Sharia Councils in the UK whose work involves marital arbitration in religious matters and adjudicating financial matters, but the British government has clearly stated that their rulings are not legally binding! So they do work?

And their "binding legality" is only a matter of time, and unfortunately, not far off! President Donald Trump also added that Ukraine might win the war!

God bless Trump!

President Karol Nawrocki gave an equally good speech there (yes, I agree that Europe has descended into an ideological frenzy over migration and the Green Deal!), talking about the protection of life from conception to death (it's paranoia, but today it's heroism!) and the need to atone for the crimes of World War II, which, given the current pro-German stance of the Polish government, should also be emphasized! Yes, fellow Americans – there's a lot of work ahead of you!

But there's also a lot of work ahead of us!

Donald Tusk just lost two important votes in the Sejm today and "suffered a tantrum," which he clearly confirmed – I don't accept such a vote, and I'll be very curious to hear an explanation!

This applies to the vote on the citizens' project "Yes to religion and ethics in school" (2 hours a week!), and the presidential project on the CPK (Central Polish Humanitarian Aid Center) in its practically original, PiS version – where the December 13th coalition "failed" Tusk's version, but actually showed that some remnants of decency still lingered somewhere within it!

I won't write about Rafał Dupiarz Trzaskowski's appearance at his Forum in Międzyzdroje (who's financing this now?), because I don't like kicking someone who's down (I've put myself together, let's move forward, it took me three days, I don't remember my mistake, I have work to do!) – Dupiarz with a mustache is a tragedy!

And the stories that Zdradek (he also organized a forum, but even his wife won't help!) could replace not only Dupiarz but also the Chief Liar are just fables "made of moss and fern" – because they're grist to the PiS mill!

Tusk's police thugs are still beating Polish patriots – see the protest of Polish miners and steelworkers in Sławków, protesting against the flood of cheap steel from the East – entire squadrons with short-barreled weapons want to intimidate us – says one of the organizers from August 1980!

So – Tusk, 24/7!

We still don't know anything officially about the latest Russian drone attack on Poland on September 10th, although "Polski Onet" wrote (so it must be true!) that the missile that hit the house in Wyryki wasn't "Polish" but came from a Dutch F-35 – what difference does it make, really, if the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of National Defense are still lying?

Now, a short post: Death, rats, gangs, crime, homelessness, clan gangs, filth, social fraud, children on the streets, signs of German decline – these are the next German cities – Cologne, Dortmund, Berlin, and many smaller ones! Is this a post by some right-wing lunatic obsessed with anti-immigration phobia? Oh no, this is the German press today!

Surely that's enough commentary?

The motto is clear, but the title? There's no clear definition of "pathocracy," but it can be used to describe a situation where a pathological minority takes control of a society of normal people – and this fits Tusk's "militant democracy" ("we will apply the law as we understand it") like no other!

Anyone have any doubts?
