Bezczelna wypowiedź przewodniczącej Jourovej to fakt, informacja o „2 milionach kary dziennie” to niepotwierdzona informacja (już „wyśmiewana”, patrz choćby prawicowy portal wPolityce.pl), ale tu przypomnę – jeszcze za „ministrowania” śp. nieodżałowanego ministra Szyszko, ten sam TSUE nałożył na Polskę karę w wys. „100 tys. euro dziennie” za „wycinkę drzew w Puszczy Białowieskiej”!

Polska się z „wycinki” wycofała (kosztem min. Szyszko, niestety), a teraz Puszcza Białowieska systematycznie, całymi kwartałami, po prostu zdycha!

Politycy tzw. polskiej opozycji totalnej (Platforma, wciąż dla jaj zwana Obywatelską, PZPR, teraz dla jaj zwanej Nową Lewicą, ZSL, dla jaj wciąż nazywane PSL, plus różne takie „mniejsze pomiotła lewackie”), oficjalnie popierają ( a nawet wywołują!),

działania „Timmermansa w spódnicy” i lewackiego TSUE (tam działa „polski” sędzia Marek Safjan, zdeklarowany wróg „dobrej zmiany”, w latach 1998-2006 prezes TK!), a przykłada się do tego „antypolskiego chóru”, niestety, nawet „prawicowa” Konfederacja (Korwin-Mikke - „Gdybyśmy wiedzieli, że PiS zdobędzie większość, to byśmy bronili Komorowskiego jak niepodległości”!) - czy Polacy nie widzą, że to „najprawdziwsza zdrada Polski”?

A sprawę do końca wyjaśnił prezydent Warszawy Rafał Trzaskowski, w rozmowie z jednym z naczelnych funkcjonariuszy TVN, nomen omen, Kajdanowiczem – pomijając brednie o „pisowskich sądach” (kto je widział?), na dramatyczne pytanie „funkcjonariusza” - to kto dzisiaj może powiedzieć stop, Komisja Europejska? - Rafał odpowiedział – panie redaktorze, przede wszystkim nasi sędziowie!

I sprawa jest jasna jak słońce - „nasi sędziowie”!

Tak nawiasem – dzisiejsza konwencja PO to był obraz „nędzy i rozpaczy” - zarówno wystąpienie Kidawy-Błońskiej, kandydatki na „prezydentkę”, jak nowego szefa PO Budki (charyzma Schetyny, który jej nie miał, to w porównaniu z Budką Himalaje!), potwierdziły prawdę znaną od dawna – Platforma, wciąż dla jaj zwana Obywatelską, programu wyborczego nadal nie ma, a Budka to faktycznie „wnuk Gomułki” - bez końca może mówić o „najważniejszych sprawach”, a nic z tego nie wynika!

Reforma „polskiego systemu sprawiedliwości” autorstwa Prawa i Sprawiedliwości jest całkowicie zgodna z Konstytucją RP oraz Traktatami Unijnymi, a dodać trzeba koniecznie, że właśnie w tych Traktatach „reforma krajowych systemów sprawiedliwości krajów UE” jest bezwzględnie wyłączona do działań tych właśnie „unijnych krajów”!

Co zatem można z tym „unijnym burdelem prawnym” zrobić?

Odpowiedź wydaje się prosta – Polska przed bezprawnym unijnym dyktatem ugiąć się nie może, a reguła „ani kroku wstecz” jest tu jedyną do przyjęcia!

Ale – co zrobić, gdy prawdą okaże się informacja o „milionowych karach” TSUE dla Polski?

Oczywistą oczywistością jest, że są jeszcze możliwości „rozmów na wysokim szczeblu” (Premier vs. Ursula von der Leyen), ale – podczas ostatniej rozmowy naszego premiera Morawieckiego z „piękną Ursulą”, mówiono o wielu sprawach (podobnież głównie o nowym budżecie Unii), ale o polskiej reformie sądownictwa nic – bo „piękna Ursula”o to nie zapytała!

A czy polski Premier „sam z siebie” nie mógł tego ważnego problemu poruszyć?

Otóż to – jeżeli nie chciał, jego wybór, jeżeli nie mógł, to już niedobrze – bo w końcu co my możemy?

Wielka warszawska manifestacja przed Trybunałem Konstytucyjnym, pod hasłem

„Obrońmy naszą suwerenność” (Kasta-Basta!), której celem było poparcie działań „dobrej zmiany” w sprawie „refomy polskiego sądownictwa”, to wielka rzecz, bo przecież dobre jest dla władzy, gdy widzi „poparcie ludu”, ale – dla „lewackich unijnych władz” wiele to znaczyć nie będzie – tak samo jak „paryskie bicie strażaków przez policjantów”, jak roczne francuskie manifestacje „żółtych kamizelek”, bestialsko pacyfikowanych przez francuską policję, jak pałowanie i zamykanie do więzień „katalońskich bojowników o wolność” przez hiszpański „wymiar sprawiedliwości”, czy parę jeszcze innych „europejskich ciekawostek”, jak choćby wyroki takich „skandynawskich sądów” w sprawie „zbrodni i występków” tamtejszych „uchodźców muzułmańskich” (no cóż, zgwałcił ją, ale skąd mógł wiedzieć, że ona nie chciała”?)!

Co zatem można z tym „unijnym burdelem prawnym” zrobić?

Pozostaje jedno tylko chyba – bardzo wyraźnie powiedzieć „unijnym władzom” (tej całej Komisji Europejskiej, temu całemu Parlamentowi Europejskiemu, tej całej Radzie Europy, tej całej Radzie Europejskiej i podobnym im „weneckim lewackim popychadłom!) - że możecie „się walić”, że Polska, jako suwerenny, europejski kraj nigdy nie zgodzi się na „dyktat europejskiego lewactwa” i gdy będzie trzeba (a to będzie wynik waszej „polityki europejskiej”, nie naszej „antyeuropejskości”!), gotowa będzie, choć z bólem wielkim, z tej paskudnej, lewackiej do bólu organizacji wystąpić – bo suwerenność Polski jest dobrem najwyższym!

Niedawno z Unii Europejskiej wystąpiła Wielka Brytania – bo „Angole” mieli dość wtrącania się Unii w każdy, najmniejszy wymiar ich suwerenności – a władze Unii Europejskiej nadal udają, że nic się nie stało – a z Unii wystąpiło państwo dla Europy bezcenne – światowe mocarstwo, które niedawno jeszcze pół świata miało u stóp!

Oczywistą oczywistoscią jest, że wystąpienie Polski z Unii miałoby wymiar mniejszy (tak mówią specjaliści!), ale – nawet tak ogłupiona przez „polityczną poprawność” organizacja, jak Unia Europejska, musi wiedzieć – „polexit” może być dla Unii dużo gorszy niż „brexit”!

Pierwszy może wyskoczyć i możemy go olać, opowiadając o „głupocie i braku wyobraźni”, ale gdy zrobi to drugi (w końcu nie bylejaki, z pierwszej piątki, i to idący do przodu!), to „każdy głupi” musi się zastanowić – chyba, cholera jasna, coś u nas nie gra?

Bo jeżeli się „nie zastanowi”, to świadczy tylko o jednym – upadek UE to tylko kwestia czasu!

Czyli sprawa jest prosta – Polska może (tym razem ona Unię, nie, jak zawsze ostatnio, Unia Polskę!), tę wstrętną Unię zaszantażować – albo się obudzicie, albo Unia won!

A Unia Europejska bez Polski (i bez GB!), to już nie będzie „taka sama Unia”, a dodać tu trzeba, że wtedy nie byłby to „ostatni taki występ” - gdyby Polska wystąpiła z Unii (tu trzeba dodać – wcześniej sojusz USA-GB-POLAND!), to dalszy proces „zanikania Unii” byłby pewny – nie będę tu wymieniał państw kolejnych (bo to byłoby nieładne), ale – jakieś 10 państw jest pewnych (choć to dawne wyrażenie teraz brzmi dość śmiesznie), jak w banku!

Krótko – dość tego „europejskiego kurestwa”, Polska musi postawić się mocno – albo „my w Europie”, albo „Europa bez nas”!

Choć oczywiście Polska, jako kraj „wolność, pokój i zgodę miłujący”, cały czas daje Unii Europejskiej możliwość wyboru – przestaniecie „grilować Polskę”, to wam odpuścimy!

Ale, przypomnijmy:

• gdy TSUE wydał wyrok w sprawie Puszczy Białowieskiej, Puszcza zdycha!
• Gdy TSUE wyda wyrok w sprawie „reformy polskiego sądownictwa”, czyli Polski – Polska też ma zdechnąć?

Obejrzałem dzisiaj w TVP wywiad red. Michała Rachonia z prezydentem RP Andrzejem Dudą.

I pierwsza refleksja jest prosta – dobrze, że na Andrzeja Dudę głosowałem!

(Pomimo wielu ataków na Prezydenta nawet ze strony tzw. „prawicowych blogerów” (patrz choćby niezależna.pl!), bo przecież o atakach tych „lewicowych” nie ma co mówić – chamstwo, bezczelność i dno kompletne!).

Pan Prezydent w sposób dość bezceremonialny, ale rzetelny, wypowiedział się o „najwyższej kaście”, jej bezczelnych staraniach (ulica i zagranica!) o to, by „było tak, jak było”, oraz o bezprawnym i miejscami chamskim popieraniu jej przez „opozycję totalną”, oraz dziwnym i trudnym czasem do zrozumienia „ingerowaniu w sprawy polskie” przez „unijne instytucje”, czy niejasnym i nieuprawnionym (patrz tamtejsze „systemy sprawiedliwości!), „wypowiadaniu się przez zagraniczne organizacje prawnicze” na temat „naprawy polskich sądów”!

I jest to zgodne całkowicie z tym, o czym od dawna piszę w Biuletynie – Polska jest krajem niepodległym, samostanowiącym, wolnym i suwerennym, i jako ważny członek Unii Europejskiej ma prawo (unijne Traktaty i sens istnienia UE!), by takie sprawy, jak np. „reforma polskiego systemu sądownictwa”, przeprowadzać wg swojego uznania i zgodnie ze swą (jaka by ona nie była, a ta obecna najlepsza nie jest), Konstytucją!

I nic nikomu do tego – a takie „głosy”, jak list wiceprzewodniczącej Komisji Europejskiej do naszego Prezydenta, Premiera, Marszałka Sejmu i Marszałka Senatu (!), niejakiej Very Jourovej, to ewidentny przykład „europejskiego chamstwa”!

Nie dość, że ten swój „kuriozalny list” powinna skierować, jeżeli już, co najwyżej do polskiego ministra sprawiedliwości, to sugerowanie Polsce, co „może i powinna zrobić” w kwestii reformowania swego wymiaru sprawiedliwości, to szczyt bezczelności!

Tym bardziej ze strony „czeskiej lewaczki”, w kraju której Krajowej Rady Sądownictwa w ogóle nie ma, a sędziów nominują wprost politycy!

Tak nawiasem – podobnie jest w Niemczech i Francji, tych „podstawach europejskiej demokracji”, a dodać trzeba i to – to wielkie europejskie TSUE (Trybunał Sprawiedliwości Unii Europejskiej), na którego orzeczenia powołuje się (niezgodnie zresztą z prawdą!), ta wielka „bojowniczka o prawa polskich sądów”, składa się z sędziów, nominowanych przez rządy (polityków!) tych krajów – a to już jej „europejskiej cnoty” nie dotyka?

Ciekawe, czy ten bezczelny list „czeskiej lewaczki” wysłany został na „unijnych papierach” za zgodą szefowej Komisji Europejskiej, „pięknej Ursuli”?

Bo jeżeli tak, to „wielkie” słowa Ursuli von der Leyen o „demokracji unijnej” okazać się mogą kolejnym unijnym kłamstwem „dla maluczkich” - bo my, wielcy „unijni demokraci” i tak wiemy (i robimy!), swoje!

Wróćmy na chwilę do naszego pięknego kraju – „totalna opozycja” zdobyła Senat (choć PiS uzyskał tu 48 głosów na 100!), a „zwycięzcy” wybrali na Marszałka (III osoba w państwie!), Tomasza „Lekarza” Grodzkiego, swą nową „gwiazdę”!

A „gwiazda” ta spotyka się co rusz z kolejnymi oskarżeniami, pardon, co za czasy, o łapownictwo - „biedni pacjenci”, wkurzeni wybraniem „tego akurat lekarza” na Marszałka Senatu, co rusz opowiadają o wręczeniu jednego, dwóch, lub trzech tysiecy zł (niektórzy w dolarach!), do „lekarskiej kieszeni” obecnego Marszałka.

Marszałek był łaskaw powiedzieć – nigdy żadnych pieniędzy za operację nie żądałem, ale nie powiedział – nigdy żadnych pieniędzy za operację nie wziąłem, co stanowi istotną różnicę, a poza tym, przyznał – te 3 tysiące wziąłem, ale w „gabinecie prywatnym” (ale operacja była w szpitalu społecznym!) - już to samo wystarcza, by „pana marszałka” definitywnie z grona „lekarzy” skreślić!

Weźmy takiego „Banasia” (obecny szef NIK) – tu oskarżenia zgłosili zaledwie dziennikarze „niezależnych” (czyli walących w obecny rząd – TVN!), mediów, a „biedny PiS” się ugiął i też uderzył w Banasia (wg mnie – idiotyzm, choć Banaś też niezbyt się wykazał ostatnio!), i na całą Polskę poszło – „Banaś do dymisji”!

Weźmy takiego „Grodzkiego” (obecny marszałek Senatu) – tu oskarżenia zgłosili „konkretni pacjenci” (nie politycy PiS-u!), a biedna „totalna opozycja” nie tylko się „nie ugięła”, ale „idzie za Grodzkim”, a na całą Polskę nie poszło - „Grodzki do dymisji”!

(Tak nawiasem - „marszałek” Grodzki popełnił był właśnie „telewizyjne”

„orędzie do narodu polskiego” - tu już doprawdy nie wiadomo, czy śmiać się, czy płakać – bezczelność „totalnych” nie ma granic!).

Ten, jeden zresztą z wielu, konkretny przykład wskazuje na „podwójną moralność” polityków (a i ich wyborców – patrz komentarze w „necie”!), tzw. „totalnej opozycji” - gdy kradnie „nasz sędzia”, gdy kłamie „nasz polityk”, gdy „bredzi nasz europejczyk”, to „jest dobrze” – gdy to samo robią (choć nie musi to być prawdą!), „zwolennicy PiS-u!”, to „jest żle” i natychmiast do więzienia!

A przecież, jak z powyższego widać dokładnie, ta „przypadłość” to nie tylko „sprawa polska” - podobnie jest w tzw. „naszej” Europie!

W Hiszpanii „bojownicy o wolność Katalonii” pałowani są bez żadnej żenady przez tamtejszą Policję, a ich „przywódcy” skazani zostali na duże (kilkanaście lat!), wyroki więzienia.

We Francji „zółte kamizelki” już od roku walczą na ulicach większości miast

z prezydentem Macronem, są wciąż bici, pałowani, zamykani, aresztowani, ostrzeliwani i na wszelkie sposoby gnojeni.

O takich drobnych przypadkach jak morderstwo dziennikarza (Malta, Bułgaria, Czechy /Jourova!/), czy napadach na „wiarę chrześcijańską” /Skandynawia, Francja, Niemcy!), to już nie ma co mówić – to jest przecież, „kurwa mać”, normalne?

I co na to wszystko tzw. Komisja Europejska?

Co na to Timmermans, co na to Jourova, co na to „piękna Ursula”?

Ano nic!

I to świadczy o „podwójnej moralności” tej naszej wspaniałej Unii Europejskiej – Niemcy i Francja są „OK”, co by nie robiły, a Polska jest „no OK”, co by nie robiła (wejdźmy do WIKI – tam „no OK” nie ma!) - i tak właśnie jest, w polityce europejskiej „no OK” po prostu nie ma – UE zawsze musi mieć rację!

A przecież „oczywistą oczywistością” jest, że tu akurat (jak i w wielu innych kwestiach – patrz „uchodźcy” chocby!), Unia Europejska racji nie ma – Polska, jak każdy inny „suwerenny” kraj europejski, ma prawo sama stanowic o sobie!

I mam tu niezbyt dobrą dla tzw. Unii Europejskiej wiadomość – Polska tak właśnie będzie robić – czy to się komuś podoba, czy nie!

Powtórzmy – jak z powyższego widać dokładnie, ta „przypadłość” to nie tylko „sprawa polska” - podobnie jest w „ostoi demokracji”, w USA!

Tamtejsza „opozycja totalna” (demokraci i celebryci!), każdej możliwosci się chwyta (niezależnie – dobrej czy złej!), by prezydenta Donalda Trumpa (podobnie jak prezesa Kaczyńskiego w Polsce!), zgnoić, a teraz wymyśliła „coś nowego” - impichment!

Szefowa „demokratów” w izbie Reprezentantów USA, niejaka Nancy Patricia D' Alesandro Pelosi (potomkini sycylijskiej mafii?), lewaczka o fizjonomii godnej „amerykańskiej zombii”, wszczęła tę właśnie procedurę – prezydent Trump jest be!

O Amerykanach można sądzić różnie – władcy świata, faszyści, homofobi, palanci,

ksenofobi, rasiści, a nawet antysemici – ale nikt nie powie, że to idioci!

No właśnie.

I dlatego ta kolejna akcja tamtejszej „totalnej opozycji” szans żadnych nie ma – Donald Trump działa i przez następną kadencję działać będzie!

Reasumując – w Polsce źle nie jest (totalni żałośnie piszczą), w USA źle nie jest (totalni żałośnie piszczą), w Unii Europejskiej źle nie jest (totalni żałosnie piszczą – choć głos mają mocny), ale – w sumie jest OK.

A będzie na pewno lepiej.
