I recently wrote a few words of truth about the judicial community (poor those judges from Poznań!), and now I'll add this – I wonder what the High Court will do in my case if it issues an unfavorable judgment (I expect to win, but who knows these days?) and I appeal, disregarding the judgment because it was issued by a neo-judge, additionally demanding compensation?

And this will be in accordance with the guidelines of Waldemar Żurek, the current Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General, who clearly stated that every judge nominated after 2017 by the Neo-KRS and approved by the President of the Republic of Poland is a neo-judge who has no right to adjudicate, and that regressive lawsuits against them are perfectly natural, possible, and even necessary.

Additionally, he appointed a special team of prosecutors "to prevent the negative effects of judgments" issued by judges nominated with the participation of the current National Council of the Judiciary in the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court, and announced the possibility of recourse suits against them. And he threw the system of drawing judges into the trash, ensuring the government would have an appropriate panel of judges in every case!

And that assessor who dismissed the "Polish case" of Tusk's pet Sławomir Nowak at the preliminary hearing will surely soon become a judge, perhaps even the President of some "important court" – I wonder how much the compensation awarded to Nowak will exceed the value of those four gold coins hidden in the furniture?

This is an extraordinary idea – now any case can be dismissed before it even begins! Attorney Koń, Marshal Koperta, Prosecutor Proposal (I only feel sorry for Sławek – but why bother with Żurek!), and the whole gang can rest easy!

I watched Michał Rachoń's interview with TV President Andrzej Duda on TVP today.
And the first reflection is simple - it is good that I voted for Andrzej Duda!
(Despite many attacks on the President, even from the so-called "right-wing bloggers" (see even independent.pl!), Because there is nothing to say about these "left-wing" attacks - rudeness, insolence and complete bottom!).
The President, in a fairly unceremonious but reliable way, spoke about the "highest caste", her insolent efforts (street and abroad!) That "it was as it was", and about unlawful and boorous support by the "opposition total ", and a strange and difficult time to understand" interfering in Polish affairs "by" EU institutions ", whether unclear and unauthorized (see the" justice systems there), "speaking out by foreign legal organizations" on "repairing Polish courts" !

I wonder if this impudent letter from the "Czech leftist" was sent on "EU papers" with the consent of the head of the European Commission, "beautiful Ursula"?
If so, then Ursula von der Leyen's "great" words about "EU democracy" may turn out to be another EU lie "for the little ones" - because we, the great "EU democrats" know (and do!) Ours!

Let's take such a "Banasia" (current head of the Supreme Audit Office) - accusations were only reported by journalists of "independent" (i.e. bashing the current government - TVN!), Media, and "poor PiS" bent and also hit Banasia (in my opinion - idiocy, although Banaś did not show much lately!), and all of Poland went - "Banaś to resign"!
Let's take the "Grodzki" (current Speaker of the Senate) - here accusations were reported by "specific patients" (not PiS politicians!), And the poor "total opposition" not only "did not bend", but "follows Grodzki", and all of Poland did not go - "Grodzki to resign"!
(By the way - Grodzki's "marshal" was just "television"

This, one of many concrete examples shows the "double morality" of politicians (and their constituents - see comments on the "net"!), So-called "Total opposition" - when "our judge" steals, when "our politician" lies, when "our European raves", it is "good" - when they do the same (although this does not have to be true!), "PiS supporters u! ", it's" bad "and immediately to prison!
And yet, as can be seen from the above, this "ailment" is not only a "Polish matter" - it is similar in the so-called "Our" Europe!
In Spain, "freedom fighters of Catalonia" are beaten up without any embarrassment by the local police, and their "leaders" were sentenced to large (several years!) Prison sentences.
In France, "yellow vests" have been fighting in the streets of most cities for a year
with President Macron, they are still beaten, beaten up, locked up, arrested, shot at and mangled in every way.
About such small cases as the murder of a journalist (Malta, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic / Jourova! /), Or attacks on "Christian faith" / Scandinavia, France, Germany!), There is nothing to say - this is, after all, "fucking damn" , normal?
And what about all this so-called The European Commission?

The head of the "Democrats" in the US House of Representatives, a certain Nancy Patricia D 'Alesandro Pelosi (a descendant of the Sicilian mafia?), A leftist with a physiognomy worthy of "American zombie," initiated this procedure - President Trump is be!
Americans can be judged differently - rulers of the world, fascists, homophobes, jerk,

As for "shortening the term" - nothing new should be said here except that "total total actions" will be multiplied (see the leftist post-election "parties at the Sejm" and "disco at Franciszkańska 3" in Krakow!), And the insolence and the rudeness of these "equality marches for defenders of all democracy" will cross the boundaries of decency and law.
And here is an appeal to PiS - it is clear that all this "anti-Polish activity" also seeks to make as many "victims of the total regime" as possible and that one can shout loudly to Brussels that "in Poland black people are beating", but still - the Christian principle of "turning the other cheek" by Jesus himself was not always, and should be, applied, because earlier he said - "eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth", and as for "cheek", it was all about that - don't give to provoke!
A word about "my Poznań".
As I predicted, PiS has no chance of winning here, but the result 45 to 25 in favor of the Civic Coalition is better than I expected - 50 to 20!
But it must be added that Poznań turned out to be the kingdom of the "cheat platform" - the result is 45.38 percent is the highest in the country (even Warsaw or Gdańsk are in the back!), And Poznań can thank the "rainbow president" Jacek Jaśkowiak (who in silence in the center of Poznań he painted the "anti-political" mural CONSTITUTION!), for which the "Pisz authorities" are fascists, and the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda is "ridiculed and discredited president", and Tusk (see above) is "the savior of Poland"?) .
Well, "dear Poznanians" - you have what you have chosen for yourself.
And I won't even say that "I am ashamed of Poznań" - I have already written that since a certain "cinkciarz, agent and businessman" got over 100,000 votes in the Senate elections here, nothing will surprise me anymore, but - what happened with Poznanians, who in 1956 were the first in Poland to stand against the "red power", and several dozen years later they choose Leszek "KC PZPR" Miller (now praises Tusk!), to the European Parliament, and Joanna "I'm pissed off" Jaśkowiak (PO) to the parliament of the Republic of Poland?
Poznanians, are you not ashamed?
A word about Europe, but really small, because there is no space - the GB finally (again?) "Signed an agreement on exit from the EU" (the English themselves say that "worse than the previous one" / May! /, Ireland is shaking, and Scotland again he speaks of independence - I wonder if GB is to be avoided?), in the Netherlands the army is put up to protesting farmers, in France the police breaks "yellow vests" and all other "protesters" almost every week, and in Spain a new "civil war" begins Catalonia (this Spanish land with Barcelona!) Wants to be independent!
And the European Commission (Timmermans and similar "European activists") is still saying - "it is an internal affair of these countries"!
But as for "breaking democracy in Poland," where "total" are worn in the arms of the Police, they are adamant - it can't be!
To sum up - Poland will manage, and Europe is slowly falling - who, besides us, can save her?
