Kaczyński and Gowin "came to an agreement" and announced a "new opening" - the elections on May 10 will not take place, and "after the Supreme Court's anticipated annulment of the elections, in view of their failure, the Speaker of the Sejm will announce new elections" at the first possible date " . The elections are to be by correspondence.
At first glance, according to this text, elections may take place somewhere at the turn of June and May, maybe in mid-May, which would guarantee the end of the "electoral process" before August 6, when the current president's term ends.
Because if it did not happen, we have a real horror - Poland without a President!
But, at the second glance, the matter is not so simple - just check all the "deadlines" resulting from this situation (National Electoral Commission, Supreme Court, election protests, again the Supreme Court, the Senate, the Sejm, the President, again the PKW and other such! ), and an equally important matter should be added - if they are to be "new elections", then we have the "circus of the century" - new candidates, new signatures collection, new election campaign, new money, or "new everything" - and this is "everything" will not end before August 6!
The "Total Opposition" blames Law and Justice for all this, although the "obvious obviousness" is that the "total election" on the constitutional or May deadline is the "total opposition" which has always and everywhere been against these elections (marshal Grodzki's "envelope" on the day the Senate "received" the election law, May 6, stated - the most important thing is that these elections do not take place!)
