I could end this post here (ignoring the value of such polls!) so as not to offend Polish society, but I'll skip the comment and write a few words anyway.

Our football team played hopelessly against New Zealand, but won, which offers great prospects for a major victory in Lithuania.

Everyone once wondered why the Senate appointed all those bagpiper scum to Supreme Court lay judges (I wrote about it!), but now they know – at the invitation of this Council of Lay Judges, Minister Żurek barged into the Supreme Court today (under the protection of the State Protection Service!), breaking Supreme Court regulations, making out with bagpipers and drawing applause, and then holding a press conference there.

And quite coincidentally, the head of the Supreme Court was on vacation, and her deputy had been running her docket since 10 a.m. – Żurek entered at 10 a.m.!

And talking about this, aside from the regulations, that Żurek should have notified and coordinated this visit with the head of the Supreme Court, is the talk of a "fool in the wilderness" – Strong hands and good manners?

And Grand Marshal Hołownia, after an initial interrogation by the Żurek prosecutor's office, says – I was talking about "pressure regarding the coup, but in a journalistic manner, not under the Code"!

I wonder if the Żureks will drop it immediately or after a month?

And the guy wants to run for the position of Grand Commissioner for Migrants of the United Nations – he already has experience, see the photos of them in the Sejm!

The Polish leftists are shouting that it's a very famous and important position, but none of them can answer the question of who currently holds it and what they've accomplished – I wonder why?

And the same leftist European Parliament waived the immunity of PiS MPs (Obajtek, Dworczyk) for the trumped-up accusations of the "Polish" prosecutor's office (without counting the votes – Speaker Metsola looked at the chamber – "please raise your hand" and decided – we are in favor!), and retained the immunity of Italian MP Ilaria Salis (an "anti-fascist activist"!), who, together with other Antifa activists, beat innocent people in Hungary (with metal rods!) during a right-wing demonstration in 2023 (she won her mandate while sitting in Hungarian detention, doesn't that remind you of something?), (admittedly by one vote, 306:305, but still!), which the European lefties received with a standing ovation and applause!

"The vote result proves that when elected representatives, activists, and citizens stand together to defend democratic values, authoritarian forces can be contained and defeated," Salis said yesterday in the European Parliament!

The European Parliament also rejected a request from the Hungarian prosecutor's office to waive the immunity of "Hungarian opposition figure" Peter Magyar (isn't he the same one who openly said – "we lied in the morning, we lied in the evening"?).

This is what "defending the rule of law" looks like in this thoroughly corrupt (Ursula, Reynolds, Kaili, and many others!) "our" Union – those suspected of attempted murder are acquitted, while others, if they are from Poland and Hungary, are convicted – laughter in the audience!

President Karol Nawrocki has just written a letter to European Commission President Ursula von stating that he will not consent to any action by European institutions aimed at relocating illegal migrants in Poland, adding – I hope you will take this fact into account in your actions!

People write letters, the Skaldowie sang, but – if our President really thinks it will achieve anything here, he is "wrongly mistaken," as the classic saying goes – this EU rascal won't even respond to him!

And even if he does respond, no matter what, it will do Poland no good! The entry into force of the "migration pact" is a foregone conclusion, July 2026!

By the way – the European Commission has just announced a new strategy for the "equality" of LGBTIQ people for 2026-2030, the document "Freedom to Love, Freedom to Live," strengthening their position in society and providing new funds to control so-called "hate speech" (only good things about LGBT!), imposing on member states the obligation to implement these recommendations in all areas of policy!

The Polish High Court has just sentenced a mother who disobeyed the advice of an abortion doctor (why do you need such a Down syndrome at home?), gave birth to the child (it turned out to be perfectly healthy!), and after a few years, when asked On an online forum – is it worth entrusting the fate of your child to this doctor? – she answered truthfully that it wasn't worth it! And this "doctor" sued her, and the court convicted her, punishing her child murderer for having to apologize! Interesting fact – this doctor was recently convicted by the court for killing children – yet he retains his medical license and continues to kill – is this normal?

Hello.

I recently wrote a few words of truth about the judicial community (poor those judges from Poznań!), and now I'll add this – I wonder what the High Court will do in my case if it issues an unfavorable judgment (I expect to win, but who knows these days?) and I appeal, disregarding the judgment because it was issued by a neo-judge, additionally demanding compensation?

And this will be in accordance with the guidelines of Waldemar Żurek, the current Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General, who clearly stated that every judge nominated after 2017 by the Neo-KRS and approved by the President of the Republic of Poland is a neo-judge who has no right to adjudicate, and that regressive lawsuits against them are perfectly natural, possible, and even necessary.

Additionally, he appointed a special team of prosecutors "to prevent the negative effects of judgments" issued by judges nominated with the participation of the current National Council of the Judiciary in the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court, and announced the possibility of recourse suits against them. And he threw the system of drawing judges into the trash, ensuring the government would have an appropriate panel of judges in every case!

And that assessor who dismissed the "Polish case" of Tusk's pet Sławomir Nowak at the preliminary hearing will surely soon become a judge, perhaps even the President of some "important court" – I wonder how much the compensation awarded to Nowak will exceed the value of those four gold coins hidden in the furniture?

This is an extraordinary idea – now any case can be dismissed before it even begins! Attorney Koń, Marshal Koperta, Prosecutor Proposal (I only feel sorry for Sławek – but why bother with Żurek!), and the whole gang can rest easy!

Kramek's Open Dialogue Foundation (yes, the one calling for the overthrow of Poland under PiS rule!) has just received 58,000 PLN from the Senate of the Republic of Poland (in fact, they received almost a bubble!) as part of the "Senate – Polonia 2025" competition. It also organized "London Literary Thursdays," where it promoted the books "Debil" and "Alfons," which attack the former and current president (I won't mention the name of the idiot author). It also announces (as part of the Literary Thursdays!) meetings with individuals like Mazguła and Szczurek!

The so-called Grandma Kasia (a vulgar old hag!) might not make it because some sane court has just ordered her for psychiatric evaluation!

This is how the Polish Senate is funding a hate campaign against the President of the Republic of Poland and Poland among the Polish diaspora in England (and beyond?)! A rhetorical question – who is responsible for this?

Some idiotic lemming stole a Lexus belonging to "Tusk's family" (his wife?). The Polish police, of course, found it, but that's not enough – as Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration Pogłos Kierwiński said, "after the theft of the prime minister's car (it wasn't listed in his tax return!), the most important organizational decisions had already been made"!

A friend had a new BMW stolen a year ago, and to this day, nothing is known – it's like the attacks on Owsiak, where retirees were put in jail after 24 hours, and in other cases, nothing – so-called equality of citizens, Tusk-style!

Some time ago, I expressed surprise here that TV Republika, perhaps the only TV station in Poland that doesn't support Tusk, is still broadcasting and still growing – but what goes around comes around! The so-called Polish intelligence services have just begun the second stage of "investigating Republika" (some trustworthy court has already revoked the license, they argue idiotically, and now we're waiting for the appeal – what kind of judges will Żurek appoint?), targeting not only the SPAC organization (high-ranking US officials were there!) but also spying on journalists and the few (rightly feared?) advertisers!

And on top of that, Tusk is close to fulfilling his second campaign promise (the first was to restore unduly high pensions for security service members!), namely the liquidation of the Central Anticorruption Bureau (CBA), in exchange for which a unit within the police is to be established, whose current head (miraculously recovered!) has "fifteen minutes of licking Tusk's boots" on his work schedule instead of a second breakfast!

We could write another 20 pages about Tusk's "militant democracy," a work of pre-war Germany, which "our" Europe (the European Commission, headed by Ursula von!) supports without batting an eye, while simultaneously bashing Poland with all sorts of European Court of Justice (ECJ), the Green Deal, Mercosur, and Ukraine (Tusk – no one in Europe can beat me!), but – after all, "everyone knows everything"?

It seems, however, that they rather don't want to know!

But we, Poles, without adjectives, must know!

But what we do about it is a different matter – and we must do something!

Poles must, or Poland will suffocate!

President Karol Nawrocki, through the mouth of a representative of his office, crushed the aforementioned regulation of Tusk's Silnoręki Żurek of September 29th, calling it an "ostentatious act of lawlessness"!

Witam.

Ostatnio napisałem kilka słów prawdy o środowisku sędziowskim (biedni ci sędziowie z Poznania!), a teraz dodam i to – ciekawe, co zrobi Wysoki Sąd w mojej sprawie, gdy wyda wyrok mi nieprzychylny (spodziewam się wygranej, ale kto to dzisiaj wie?), a ja się odwołam, że tego wyroku nie uznaję, bo wydał go neosędzia, dodatkowo domagając się odszkodowania?

A będzie to zgodne z wytycznymi Waldemara Żurka, aktualnego Ministra Sprawiedliwości i Prokuratora Generalnego, który jasno stwierdził, że każdy sędzia nominowany po 2017 roku przez NeoKRS i zatwierdzony przez prezydenta RP jest neosędzią, który nie ma prawa orzekać, a pozwy regresyjne wobec nich są jak najbardziej naturalne i możliwe, a nawet konieczne.

A dodatkowo powołał specjalny zespół prokuratorów "ds zapobiegania negatywnym skutkom orzeczeń" wydanych przez sędziów nominowanych z udziałem obecnej KRS w Sądzie Najwyższym i Naczelnym Sądzie Administracyjnym, oraz zapowiedział możliwość pozwów regresowych wobec nich.

I wyrzucił system losowania sędziów do kosza, zapewniając rządzącym odpowiedni skład sędziowski w każdej sprawie!

A ów asesor, który na rozprawie wstępnej umorzył "polską sprawę" tuskowego pieszczocha Sławomira Nowaka już wkrótce na pewno zostanie sędzią, może nawet Prezesem jakiegoś "ważnego sądu" - ciekawe, o ile przyznane Nowakowi odszkodowanie przekroczy wartość owych czterech baniek ukrytych w meblach?

Wszak to patent niezwykły – teraz umorzyć można każdą sprawę zanim się ona rozpocznie!

Mecenas Koń, marszałek Koperta, prokurator Wniosek (tylko Sławka szkoda - ale po co jest Żurek!) i cała ta szajka mogą spać spokojnie!

Fundacja Otwarty Dialog Kramka (tak, ta nawołująca do obalenia Polski pisowskich rządów!), otrzymała właśnie 58 tysięcy zł od Senatu RP (w sumie dostali podobnież prawie bańkę!) w ramach konkursu "Senat – Polonia 2025" i zorganizowała "Londyńskie Czwartki Literackie", na których promowała książki "Debil" i "Alfons", uderzające w prezydenta byłego i obecnego, (nazwiska autorki-kretynki nie podam), oraz zapowiada (w ramach czwartków literackich!), spotkania z indywiduami typu Mazguła czy Szczurek!

Tzw Babcia Kasia (ordynarne stare babsko!) może nie dojedzie, bo jakiś normalny sąd wysłał ją właśnie na badania psychiatryczne!

Tak właśnie polski Senat finansuje wśród angielskiej Polonii (i nie tylko?), kampanię nienawiści wobec prezydenta RP i wobec Polski!

Pytanie retoryczne – kto za to odpowie?

Jakiś leming-idiota ukradł lexusa należącego do "rodziny Tuska" (jego żony?), polska Policja oczywiście go odnalazla, ale to mało – jak powiedział szef MSWiA Pogłos Kierwiński "po kradzieży samochodu premiera ( w zeznaniu podatkowym tegoż go nie było!) najważniejsze decyzje organizacyjne zostały już podjęte"!

Czyli czystka w SOP!

Kumplowi rok temu ukradziono nowe bmw i do dzisiaj nic nie wiadomo – to jak z atakami na Owsiaka, gdzie emerytów sadzano po 24 h, a w innych przypadkach nic – tzw równość obywateli w tuskowym wydaniu!

Jakiś czas temu wyraziłem tu zdziwienie, że TV Republika, jedyna bodaj nie tuskowa w Polsce, jeszcze nadaje, wciąż rosnąc – ale co się odwlecze, to nie uciecze!

Tzw polskie służby właśnie rozpoczęły drugi etap "rozpracowywania Republiki" (jakiś spolegliwy Sąd już licencję odebrał, idiotycznie argumentują, teraz czekamy na apelację – jaki skład sędziowski wyznaczy Żurek?), uderzając nie tylko w organizację SPAC (byli tam wysocy urzędnicy USA!), ale inwigilując dziennikarzy i nielicznych (słusznie się bali?) reklamodawców!

A w dodatku Tusk jest blisko spełnienia swej drugiej obietnicy wyborczej (pierwsza to przywrócenie nienależnie wysokich emerytur esbekom!), czyli likwidacji CBA, w zamian której ma powstać jakaś komórka w Policji, której obecny szef (cudownie ozdrowiał!), zamiast drugiego śniadania ma "kwadrans lizania tuskowych butów" w swym służbowym grafiku!

Kącik sportowy.

Kolejorz - rozegrał naprawdę świetny pucharowy mecz, w którym rozłożył lidera austriackiej ligi z Wiednia 4:1, choć nie wykorzystał rzutu karnego!

Czyli – jak się naprawdę chce, to można, choć kilku niezłych piłkarzy wciąż jest kontuzjowanych!

Nasza Iga – to już dorosła kobieta jest, która już zarobiła fortunę i której dobre rady dawać trudno, zatem jedynie stwierdzenie – jak w końcu nie pogoni tej baby, to będzie kiepsko!

Słowo do Braci Amerykanów i Polonii – prezydent Donald Trump nadal naprawdę "walczy o pokój", a lewactwo nadal go griluje – nie dajcie się zwariować!

Wracamy do Polski, dopóki ona jeszcze jest!

Wielu lemingów do dzisiaj płacze, że Prezydentem RP nie został Rafał Dupiarz Trzaskowski, choć taki wysoki, taki inteligentny, tak zna języki obce (francuski!), taki, no, europejski światowiec po prostu!

No to popatrzcie na Warszawę (nie chodzi o najdroższy europejski kibel, pudełkowe muzeum za wiele baniek, czy śmierdzącą Wisłę!) - właśnie rusza największa impreza światowej pianistyki, Międzynarodowy Konkurs Pianistyczny im. Ryderyka Chopina, mająca 100 letnią tradycję!

A okolice Filharmonii Narodowej, miejsce tego święta (raz na 5 lat!), są rozkopane jak diabli, pomnik Chopina w Łazienkach zakryty brudnym prześcieradłem, bo tam też remont, a co na to idol lemingów, syn pianisty?

'"Trudno wyobrazić sobie, że staje całe miasto i przestajemy je zmieniać tylko dlatego, że mamy do czynienia z tego rodzaju konkursem"!

Ale jednocześnie opublikował z okazji Konkursu spot reklamowy, z samym sobą!

Można by tu napisać ze 20 stron jeszcze o tuskowej "demokracji walczącej", rodem z przedwojennych Niemiec, którą "nasza" Europa (Komisja Europejska z szefową Ursulą von na czele!), popiera bez zmrużenia oka, jednocześnie waląc w Polskę wszelkimi ETS-ami, Zielonym Ładem, Mercosurem i Ukrainą jednocześnie (Tusk – mnie w Europie nikt nie ogra!), ale – wszak "wszyscy wszystko wiedzą"?

Wydaje się jednak, że raczej wiedzieć nie chcą!

Ale my, Polacy bez przymiotników, wiedzieć jednak musimy!

Ale to, co z tym zrobimy, to sprawa inna – a zrobić coś musimy!

Polak musi, bo inaczej Polska się udusi!

Właśnie pan prezydent Karol Nawrocki, ustami przedstawiciela swej kancelarii, zmiażdżył ww rozporządzenie tuskowego Silnorękiego Żurka z dnia 29 września br, nazywając je "ostentacyjnym aktem bezprawia"!
