The Polish Constitutional Tribunal (established in 1982!) Was once again put up against the wall, not by the "total opposition", but by Law and Justice! Previously last year (eugenic abortion), which caused the frenzy and madness of the "pissed-off" Women's Strike (main slogans - "fuck out" and "fuck PiS"!), And now because of "because of the Ombudsman", which resulted in a series of insolent "comments" of the total of the camp - a pseudo-year of a pseudo-trial! And the "bitches from the Strike" will surely also come back! In both cases, applications to the Tribunal were submitted by PiS deputies and in both cases there could be only one judgment of the Constitutional Tribunal (the Constitution!), But the difference is fundamental - as long as the application in the matter of "abortion" was unnecessary, and even "idiotic" ("abortion compromise" as it was , he was, but he was!), then the application in the "case of the Human Rights Defender" was not so much necessary, but several years late!

Here I have a question for PiS and the President - why the hell do you hire "law professionals", paying them well (because if you don't hire, it's even worse!) And still "you don't know anything"? It has been known for five years that the term of office of the Ombudsman ends in September last year, that it must be approved by the Senate since 1997 (the Constitution!), That the Act on the Ombudsman of 1987 with this Constitution is incompatible - since yesterday? And since the last elections (2019!)

It was known that the Senate, in which PiS has 48 senators out of 100 and in which the "total opposition" (Platforma, PZPR, ZSL) has a majority, will never give PiS anything for free! And that is why the application regarding the "term of office of the Ombudsman" should be submitted to the Constitutional Tribunal no later than six months after the elections!

Here I will "tell directly" to all "great lawyers from the opposition" about the verdict of the Constitutional Tribunal speaking with mockery and brazen triumphalism - the Act on the Ombudsman (if successors do not elect, it still performs its function!), From 1987 (under communism!), Is completely contrary to the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of 1997 (under communes!), which says clearly - the term of office of the Ombudsman is 5 years!

As you can see, put on the T-shirt with the word "Constitution" carefully!

The candidate of the United (?) Right for the position of the Ombudsman is now PiS MP Bartłomiej Wróblewski, who, as I know him (and I know him!), Would be an excellent candidate "for all citizens" (unlike Bodnar, for whom only the "red- Rainbow!), but, after the Sejm's nomination, its future in the Senate is questionable - Senator Marcin Bosacki (once again congratulations to the "Poznań voters" - Miller, Kopacz, Spurek, Bosacki - there is still such a city in Poland?) we will never elect anyone from PiS! Because, as I said, PiS has 48 senators out of 100, so 3 more are needed - maybe one "independent", maybe a "PiS traitor", but who's third?

It is hard to suppose - maybe someone from the Left, maybe from the ZSL, maybe from the PO, but whoever it is, must know - "total", supported by "media fringe", will then hound him to death! After all - if anyone joins the PO, it's great, anyone who supports PiS - a traitor! Or maybe some senator from the "total opposition" or two, because then it will "be easier", will simply fall ill? And it must be added that "the Union is not sleeping"! The EU Commissioner for Human Rights, Dunja Mijatović (Bosnia), is already crying - the verdict of the Constitutional Tribunal creates a disturbing gap in the activities of the Ombudsman, and the Czech communist Vera Jourova (who has problems with the law herself!), Vice-president of the European Commission , he already proclaims - we are following with concern (!) the development of events related to the Human Rights Defender, it is extremely important that this institution (after all "for Bodnar" was there?) remained independent! A bit of 'laughter through tears' - Danish pharmacovigilance director Tanja Lund Erichsen was supposed to announce that Denmark was not vaccinating with Astra Zeneca - but she just passed out! It is not known if the reason was the "topic" of the speech or anything else, but the fact is a fact - "fell in the middle"! I will not write too much about vaccines now (I am not a specialist here, although when I read "experts' opinions", I start to doubt it!), But I will also say today - a week after the "first dose of Moderna" I still feel great! Returning to the topic, let us remind you - the "spokesman" Bodnar was kind to say: Many nations supported the Holocaust, including, unfortunately, what I am saying with pain, and the Polish nation! How can you show a man (mine - the murderer of a child!) In underwear and with shackles? This great, well-known Lempart fighter! No comment here, because we have to keep some level here? As an example of complete idiocy and contempt for facts, here are two comments from the MP (now KO, PO, Nowoczesna does the devil know there!) Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz: 2016 (after the judgment of the Constitutional Tribunal in favor of the PO!): The judgments of the Constitutional Tribunal are binding and final. No one has the right to judge whether this judgment was passed in accordance with the law, whether the judgment was correct or not. Nobody has the right to control whether this judgment meets any requirements, whether in his opinion it is an opinion or a conclusion from a social gathering "! 2021 (after the judgment of the Constitutional Tribunal in favor of the law!): This is a pseudo-step, a blow to the very heart of Polish democracy! It moves Poland back decades in the protection of human and civil rights! One may ask - is it possible? And the answer is simple - in the normal world certainly not, but in the world of "political correctness" certainly yes, because "it is happening now"! Because this is how the problem of democracy is understood by "our impressionable total opposition", followed by the "leftist European Commission" - if the Constitutional Tribunal, or the Supreme Court, or the Ombudsman, or "anything else" are "ours", then everything "is OK", if any the Polish institution "is pisowska", it is, of course, "anti-democratic", and also racist, homophobic, chauvinistic, xenophobic, fascist and even, horror of horrors, anti-Semitic! And yet every "normal person" "simply" knows - this is complete idiocy, falsehood, inflection, phantasmagoria, "drinking on water and photomontage", and the "lie of the century" - if we do not come out of it, then the future of Europe (and Poland!), it is painted in black only! Law and Justice must finally wake up (no one will do it for you!), Grab your coalition members "shortly in the mouth" and bring them "on the right track", and "themselves" remember the situation from before the last election (you were supported by the Polish electorate then! ) and "back on track"! No "Animal Fridays" there, no "totals", no "new five hundred" - your electorate will be behind you anyway, and the "total electorate", even if you give it "a thousand plus for each member" and so will vote for the Platform, still called Civic Platform for eggs!

Your new and most brilliant president, Democrat Joe "Tetryk" Biden, somehow "spins" - Putin has not bet too much, Merkel still loves, to his "all offices" is consistently dominated by "all leftism" (which, however, he says - this bloody Trump, "we have to finish!), And his son protects - and even the Washington Post's leftist Washington Post's anti-Russian" new sanctions "are" clearly balanced "," sparing no injuries "to Putin and adds -" Biden did less than he could "! As my mathematician friend says, "nothing to add, nothing to divide"!
