So - the Supreme Court has no right to question judicial appointments in any Polish court or to question the correctness of appointing the current National Court Register!
And besides - the Constitutional Tribunal, led by the above "defenders of democracy" has repeatedly stated that the "Polish Constitution" is above EU law!
And in addition - the German Constitutional Tribunal has stated the same thing for Germany many times!
Here, I would like to remind you again, a curiosity - currently more than 700 judges still working in the Polish justice system are appointed by the Council of State of the People's Republic of Poland, with general Jaruzelski (Martial Law, Russian agent, criminal!)
