For the uninitiated - PiS is the United Right (Kaczyński, Gowin, Ziobro), KO - is the Civic Coalition (Platform, still called for the citizenship, Modern, which is gone, Inicjatywa Polska / Nowacka? /, And so-called, pardon, Greens ), KP - this is the Polish Coalition (ZSL, still called PSL for the eggs and pathetic remnants of Kukiz), Left - it is the PZPR, still called the SLD for the eggs, Spring Biedronia / kupa laugh / and Together Zandberg / kupa obciachu /), and the Confederation ( although following its configurations is a difficult art, it is - KORWiN (Janusz Korwin-Mikke), National Movement (Robert Winnicki), Korona (Grzegorz Braun).

Because after a shallow and non-precise, but still anti-Polish "judgment of the CJEU" (which decided that the Polish Constitution / whatever it was! / Is "ordinary, meaningless shit!)," Polish "Supreme Court went all out!
Actually, not the Supreme Court, but its Chamber of Labor and Social Security (the head - "safe" captain Iwulski appointed by the communist Council of State in the People's Republic of Poland), which is not sure why she gave herself the right to rule on the "constitutional rule of law of everything" and found that that the Disciplinary Chamber is not a court and the National Court Register does not guarantee independence and its resolutions can be freely revoked!

And yet the matter is "simple as a wire" - the judge's caste, feeling the wind in the sails "blown" by the impressed "Polish" total opposition (total politicians plus the total "salon"!) And the "European" total opposition (Timmermans and his "leftist ladies") "!), I feel more and more confident - after all, fuck (see Neumann!), Nobody jumps up, we can hit this PiS without any worries, because if anything (see above), this is the leftist Union, which we would not say, will defend us!

And so it turns - the "obvious obviousness" is that "a judge cannot be a politician", and here - from former heads of the Constitutional Tribunal, appointed by General Jaruzelski / year 1985 / anyway (Andrzej Zoll, Marek Safjan, Jerzy Stępień, Andrzej Rzepliński), for the current head of the Supreme Court Małgorzata Gersdorf - everyone is politically against the current power (street rallies, public performances, reporting on PiS abroad / Brussels, Germany - the president of Gersdorf even receives awards for it! /) - while collecting high salaries "Being a judge" (Gersdorf!), Or for being a "retired judge" (others)!
And "everything is playing" - we can spit power, dump it and give it to everywhere we can - but we take the money from it as much as possible, because "they must pay us!"
And the matter is clear - the last (not just "today"!) Of the "Polish" SN (Supreme Court), is a simple attack on the Polish rule of law!
The resolution on the National Court Register (KRS) was adopted by a democratically elected Polish Parliament, and the only Polish (and any other!) Body that can define the compliance of the Sejm Act with the Constitution is the Polish Constitutional Court - do you like it or not!
So - the Supreme Court has no right to question judicial appointments in any Polish court or to question the correctness of appointing the current National Court Register!
And besides - the Constitutional Tribunal, led by the above "defenders of democracy" has repeatedly stated that the "Polish Constitution" is above EU law!
And in addition - the German Constitutional Tribunal has stated the same thing for Germany many times!
Here, I would like to remind you again, a curiosity - currently more than 700 judges still working in the Polish justice system are appointed by the Council of State of the People's Republic of Poland, with general Jaruzelski (Martial Law, Russian agent, criminal!) At the forefront - so if the nominations of the "current KRS" are unconstitutional, what can you call ugly words without using the "ubiquitous"?
And after the "reunification of Germany" (thanks to Polish Solidarity!), Some 65 percent of the judges from the GDR were immediately "thrown out", and some of them were sentenced for "chimney-like judgments" - and the European Union did nothing!
A small example - during the Wrocław "demonstration in defense of free courts" there was also (next to "fighter" Frasyniuk - "Fuck Pisior!"), A former senator of the Platform, still for eggs called Civic, a certain Józef Pinior, who shouted from the grandstand - "Judges , prosecutors, attorneys, legal advisers - we are with you "- which is a bit surprising, because he is currently accused of fraud and bribery, and behind him was the judge who is conducting his case - good?
-And besides, the current "verdicts of the highest caste" should be borne in mind - acquittal "ed. Cross in the Church, or judges who stole, by absent-mindedness PLN 50 at a gas station or "part of drills" in shops, or judges of "both sexes" / fatal statement - there are several dozen sexes after all / caught on "double gas", or judges (see "freedom fighter" Juszczyszyn from Olsztyn, sale of a farm worth half a bubble for 30,000, here I will afford a small remark, contrary to the claim of the honored farmer's wife - maybe the judge was not at all wrong, maybe he knew what and for what he was doing ?), which is a lot, and for whom the "good of the citizen" is "drink for water and photomontage", or specific "judges" of Tuleya (we do not do politics, we defend values!), Markiewicz (several dozen objections!), or Monika Frąckowiak from Poznań (when she was on medical leave abroad)! Or many of them like them, thanks to whom many Poles lost everything - how long can they about to tolerate?
The matter is simple - the "highest caste" pursues an anti-state policy, based on the statement "is to be as it was" ("Polish" director Holland!) - how long will the current Polish power be weak, powerless and "unable to do anything"?
The attitude of "pseudo Poles" was shown by Donal Tusk, the Polish prime minister, who the next day after saying "being a Polish prime minister is a great honor, I'm not going abroad", jumped to Brussels on the "golden stool", which Angela "Willkommen" Merkel got him star of German and European politics.
Closing this thread - "the highest caste" pursues anti-Polish policy and I am interested in one thing here - how Law and Justice will react to it, which currently rules in Poland (won the election!), And behaves as if "nothing could be done" - it may but, boys, will you mobilize and put the "will of the Nation" into practice?

Great Britain - here 'eggs are complete', but what is surprising for Europe, such individuals as Juncker or Tusk (drunkard and leser!) Could not do anything here - but that 'Great English' also gave their bodies here?

In the US, opponents of Donald Trump (just like in Poland opponents of President Kaczyński - here is the symmetry, I wrote about it, I wonder when "our total" will come across it?), No saints are afraid - a lie is the basis of their action, and this great "Democratic" impeachment is the "summit of summits" - they accuse Trump of the activities that "democrats" (Joe Biden and his son Hunter!) Returning to the title - yes, it is a war declared against the Polish government by the "highest caste", the pursuit of "judiciary"!
